We bought a chair initially after being in 2 minds between 2 chairs. When it arrived, we changed our minds before taking it out of the box. When I contacted them initially the customer service wasn't great and when collection wasn't arranged I rang back a week later and got through to Nickie, who couldn't have been more helpful.

She was my point of contact for various emails, sorted us out with collection of the original chair and delivery of our preferred choice. The chair itself is fab. So so comfy for feeding little one and would happily be nap trapped in it. Would recommend for sure. Thanks so much Nickie!

Lovely and strong product

The furniture itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service and aftercare have been extremely disappointing and my order remains unresolved.

I purchased the Verona furniture set, consisting of the drawers, cot bed and wardrobe, and unfortunately all three products have had issues.

The drawers had a faulty runner, the cot bed arrived without the necessary hardware or instruction manual, and the wardrobe had a faulty LED rail with exposed wires. I have had to contact customer services repeatedly, taking significant time out of my self-employed work to deal with problems that should never have occurred in the first place.

I was initially told a replacement drawer runner would arrive within days. It didn't. I then found out, only after contacting customer services myself for the fifth time, that the replacement runners held at the warehouse were also faulty and that I could be waiting up to another two weeks for stock to arrive.

What I find particularly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. Nobody contacted me to explain that the replacement part was unavailable or that there would be a further delay. I have had to repeatedly chase the company to find out what is happening with my own order.

I was also told by a member of staff that, once everything had been resolved, compensation could be discussed. When I subsequently raised this, I was offered £60 compensation on a set with the value of £1,049 — just 5.7% of the total value. When I declined, the "final offer" was increased to £97.50, which is still only 9.3% of the value of the furniture.

The amount itself isn't even the biggest issue — it's the fact that I have lost income, spent hours dealing with customer services and still don't have a completed furniture set, despite having purchased all three items together and making every effort to resolve the issues.

I completely understand that manufacturing or fulfilment problems can happen. What I don't understand is why the customer is then left to repeatedly chase for updates and ultimately has to fight to receive what feels like reasonable recognition of the inconvenience caused.

It is a real shame because I genuinely love the Verona furniture and had intended to purchase many more items from Tutti Bambini. Unfortunately, after this experience, I am now seriously put off doing so.

Beautiful products, but the service has been far less impressive — and unfortunately, good products don't make up for such poor aftercare.

Excellent customer service. We unfortunately needed to replace the runners on one of the chest of drawers we purchased. Nickie was incredibly helpful organising a replacement and also a set of replacement runners, and proactively sending these out once they became available again.

I required some replacement parts for my tutti bambini 3in1 cot bed.
I spoke to a member of staff by the name of Nickie it was a pleasure speaking with her she communicated with me throughout the process.
She was efficient and arranged replacement parts to be dispatched to me and provided me with the tracking number.
I am overall very pleased with the level of customer service that I was provided with.

We needed to send a chair back as it was not the right colour. It was quite difficult to get through to someone in customer services (hence the deduction of a star) but once Nickie picked up our case, she sorted out a return immediately and a swift refund. Nickie is a credit to the company and we are really grateful for her help.

Had lots of issues with the product so asked for a full refund and collection, it has been almost 3 weeks and I have still not received just over £600!!! I have chased numerous times and have no received a response. I cannot believe the poor level of customer service considering the brands reputation. I would never buy nor recommend.

Ordering a Tutti Bambini product via Boots was a big mistake. When the order got lost by DX shipping it was a nightmare to resolve but when I finally reached out to Tutti Bambini directly, Nickie sorted it out same day and sent me a replacement directly. Super service.

This playpen is the best thing I have ever bought for a child. I have three grown up sons and two grandchildren aged 4and a half and one. Playpens I have used before are mainly wooden, heavy, hard to put together and not child friendly. This one is light, lovely and easy to construct. My grandson loves it and so do I. Especially how it packs away so easily when I dont need it. Well done you have changed my life.

I was very pleased with the customer service of this company and with Nickie who handled my case. Having received only part of my order and the wrong item for the remaining part, they promptly rectified this and sent the correct item the very next day. Highly recommend this company and my purchased items of the pickler rocking frame and the ball pit. They are very high quality and my toddler loves them!
