Nickie was absolutely amazing in helping us fix our delivery issues and offered complimentary freebies for our troubles. We were originally put through to an oversees call centre who weren’t very helpful but as soon as we spoke to Nickie, our problems were all solved quickly and supportively. The furniture is easy to assemble and much stronger quality than the likes of Ikea. We took advantage of the sale nursery bundle and it’s great.

I got 10% off the Rio 3 piece set as it was my first order with Tutti Bambini. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a go. It did come a bit scuffed in places sadly on both the wardrobe and the drawers (we haven’t set the cot up yet). Not sure why the wardrobe doors are soft closing but the drawers aren’t. Slate/Oak colour is pretty much identical to picture. Partner said it was pretty straight forward to assemble and had no issues with this. Tracking the package was fine but you have to download a separate app to track the delivery.

Ordered the 6 in 1 Oak baby set. It was due to arrive in 10 parcels,unfortunately only 9 arrived and the remaining parcel was due to arrive the next working day.

Sadly the parcel didnt arrive, I spoke with advisor Yasmine who advised the parcel had been lost in transportation, but sorted the issue immediately and sent out the missing parcel. Arrived within 2 working days.

Excellent product. This is my 3rd purchase in 6 weeks. Two for my grand daughters at their own home and one for them to visit me. So much sturdier safer and comfortable for the girls than the A frame type folding chairs. Ease of assembly and carry bag great. Makes it a genuinely simple exercise to take the chair out and about.

Only downside was my inability to apply discount to 1st purchase. Probably a me thing rather than system.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Ability to convert to table and chair, rocker, etc make it a product with a much better life span/value for money than the average high chair.

Excellent cot. Absolutely love the quality. The changing mat has been a game changer and makes changes super easy, great for my back and stomach after a c-section. Fits the cot well, however worth noting it’s not a perfect fit. The slots are designed for a certain cot and that wasn’t made clear in the description. Overall happy.

Nickie was incredibly helpful, friendly and, most importantly, very swift in putting a resolution in place. We absolutely love the product and were really disappointed when we experienced an issue with the chair, so we’re extremely grateful for the replacement.

Honestly, it’s quite rare to receive this level of customer service. I generally get put off contacting customer service because of the amount of hoops you often have to jump through, but I can genuinely say I’m very pleased with how Nickie handled my enquiry from start to finish.
