I ordered bedding for my baby from Tutti Bambini. Although the bedding is as expected and nice enough, it was ridiculous that it took 2 months to be delivered. I chased it several times, and responses were slow. I would not be inclined to buy from them again in a hurry.

Incredibly dissapointed, delivery was dropped off at the side of my house whilst it was pouring with rain, package was soaked wet through cardboard had gone soggy. They have also send the wrong size mattress protector. I have submitted 2 complaints and no responses at all. Incredibly pool customer service !!!

The Cot arrived in good time, was easy to assemble. My daughter over from Australia has found it really useful to transport it around on her multi stop tour of UK. The baby doesn't do well in a travel cot but this has been a godsend.

I purchased the Rio Cot Bed which I am very happy with, it feels great quality and at a very good price for what it is.

I had an issue with one of the parts when the cot was first delivered, which took a little while to get sorted. However as soon as I was put through to Yasmine, a member of their customer service team, she did a fantastic job of making sure the issue was sorted promptly. It was really refreshing speaking to someone who was more than happy to go above in beyond to make sure my experience was as good as it could be dealing with this matter, and I was very happy with how she dealt with the issue I had. She is a real credit to the company.

I would happily recommend the cot, and company, and as mentioned before, I am really happy with both.

DX Delivery delivered my heavy order but refused to help me bring the extra large package to the 1st floor (as I am in an apartment). The driver advised that they are not insured to enter the building so I had to struggle to bring the parcel in up to my floor by myself - considering the majority of your customers will be expectant mothers, I don’t think this is fair to me or other customers.

Cotbed arrived earlier than stated, was easy enough to build and looks really good with using the bedding bale to finish it off ,lovely

I'm a bit confused about all the 5-star reviews, as I'm currently really struggling with any communication updates from the team regarding my recent order (placed on 20th August). It's now been 10 days, and I've submitted multiple customer request forms/emails, tried calling the phone number they provided, but have had absolutely no updates on my order. I'm quite disappointed as I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, or at least someone to respond to customers apart from an automated email saying it's a 'busy time' for them.

I ordered a Riley cot bed off Amazon it is a a beautiful cot but I noticed there was a small defect with the cot I’ve sent an email to tutti bambini and I’ve had no reply from that customer service in over a week even Amazon have tried to contact them and they have ignored both me and Amazon very poor customer service if there is a fault with an item you have bought from them

The furniture itself is great, but unfortunately the customer service has been non-existent.

What should have been a 3-day delivery turned into a 2-week headache. I had ongoing issues with the delivery company, who eventually sent the furniture back without even attempting to deliver it.

I copied Tutti into every email throughout the process, but received very little support or intervention. Instead, I was mostly sent updates saying things like “delivery is tomorrow”, even though I already knew the delivery company had returned the furniture.

I’m not sure why the customer is expected to spend two weeks going back and forth with the delivery company when the furniture was ordered directly from Tutti. I would have expected Tutti’s customer service team to step in and actually resolve the issue, rather than simply pass on delivery updates.

The product itself is great, but the customer service and delivery experience were extremely disappointing. A promised 3-day delivery taking two weeks, with very little support along the way, made what should have been a straightforward purchase unnecessarily stressful.

Bought the Misha cot bed in sage/golden oak in April 2025 and it's ready for the bin. Awful quality, the main issue is there are no screws on the top part of the cot, it's held together just by wooden pegs, meaning it is loose and there is no way of tightening it as there are physically no screws to tighten. Ours has become so loose it now is incredibly wobbly and the side is almost coming off. You cannot superglue it or it won't come apart when we want to turn it onto a cot bed.

We are going to need to purchase a new bed for our son barely 1.5 years after owning this one - reason we bought it was because it changes into a cot bed.

At my mum's house we have a crib that I used 34 years ago that we use when my son stays there, that's still beautiful and solid. That says it all really about the quality and workmanship that is clearly going into the furniture this company is producing - falls to pieces before your child needs to stop using it.

UPDATE: as per your response below I emailed your customer service more than a week ago with no reply whatsoever. Really really poor and clearly you don’t care enough about your Trustpilot reviews

I ordered the rio cot and discovered a piece was missing when I received this. I was sent a replacement part but found this to be the incorrect part when trying to assemble the cot. I contacted customer service again and was told it would be delivered next day, but I am yet to receive it and now it is the bank holiday weekend. I am unable to get through to customer service as the line hangs up after 30 minutes of being on hold. My baby is currently without a cot because of the problems I've experienced. I am incredibly disappointed by the service received.

Edit to update: After leaving this review Tutti Bambini contacted me to state the missing/faulty part had still not been sent. They are now not replying to further emails and their phone line states "you are number 1 in the queue" for 30 minutes and then finally tells you no one is available. Extremely disappointing.
