Wow!! I ordered a ring as a gift from The Vines supply Co - these guys are great. The quality of the ring is amazing, delivery was quick, everything on their website is a reasonable price for each product and the extent they go to to connect with customers to give a personalised shopping experience is just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more, packaging for my order was also lovely. Big shout out to Paul specifically. I wanna get these guys more customers, it’s well deserved - will be recommending to all my friends. As someone who has worked in customer service, it’s the little things that make the difference too. I’ll be back for more!!

I purchased a skateboard that was supposed to be shipped weeks ago. It has now been over three weeks and I have received nothing—no item and no refund. This feels like a scam. I kindly request that you refund my money immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action through the appropriate authorities.

probs best clothing company i’ve ever ordered from- sale was v good like half price, delivery is free down to a pretty low price, is very fast and feels very personal which is always nice. comes with a sticker as which automatically makes it 5 star honestly😂

placed order over 2 weeks ago, they charged over retail for skateboard Pokemon was £120 company the vines charged £199
when I asked to cancel the order no email been sent for over 3 weeks and kept the money

I emailed again to not cancel the order as its sold out everywhere respond was for over 48 hrs
and they said they resold the items and they refunded me after 3 weeks what I said do not do it as I wanted the item

very bad experience with the company and I will never use it again
