Still haven't received my order placed nearly 2 weeks ago, no communication from seller so in limbo now.
We have had to purchase elsewhere and hope for a refund! :(

Visited looking for a skate present for a family member. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the shop looks great. They've got items you don’t really find elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Found everything great from start to finish. Guys in store are nice guys, owner is down to earth chap with a chilled vibe. Tee is high quality, really impressed. Would deffo recommend.

Ordered from here and item took ages to arrive. Was a present for a birthday which was missed, tried ringing, emailing, using Facebook, Twitter and their on line chat to contact them and chase order. Initially replied to say they would send out another but then communication stopped, wouldn’t answer requests for refunds. Not the only person to have problems with this company. Will not use again and advise to avoid.

Terrible service.
Over 4 weeks to finally receive an order which I cancelled and wanted a refund for due to no communication from the company at all. Or their other company Radgirl.
No response on phone, email or messenger, had to resort to social media to which I and and others were ignored only to get reaponse after letting them know they had been reported to trading standards.
Avoid this company.

Useless, I've ordered a product as a gift and tried to make a size exchange, which should be straight forward, however it has involved an unnecessary amount of emails and Facebook messaging and posts on their site to get any response from them at all. When they have responded they have suggested that they will be posting the exchange product tomorrow several times but provided no tracking number and nothing has turned up. Several other people are on they're Facebook page asking for refunds and complaining of poor communication too so I guess I'm not alone in this debacle of a shopping experience. I wouldn't buy anything from them again and would suggest you avoid them too.
