Tweeds Reviews

Price is generally competitive, if better is on the market they do their best to match it. Delivery prompt and when promised, if not before. Drivers courteous and efficient.

Refund for not being able to receive the amount originally ordered was processed without having to get in contact to request it.

Prompt delivery and great price and service as always thank you Tweeds

In a pickle tweeds customer service team is 100% helpful and friendly. Also their website is also easy to use and can order heating oil in minutes, delivered fast and efficient.

I've been a regular customer of Tweeds Oil for over 20 years, believing in "keeping it local" as much as possible. Payment is set up with Standing Order making everything very easy & all in my control as I can set my SO to whatever I want and change it whenever I need.

Orders are usually competitive with other companies, and they generally price match anyway. Deliveries are normally within a few days of the phone call but they also do a monthly top up service if that's what you require. A few times I've run out and they've done their best to keep me warm!

Staff are friendly both in the office or in the delivery lorries.

Highly recommended

This company is always on time with their deliveries, good value for money and simple to order from. I particularly like the courteous and obligingcway in which they deal with their customers. Highly recommend 👌

10/10 Always extremely punctual (If I pay extra for the next day delivery which I do 9 times out it 10, it’s always in my tank before 10am next day!) I’ve even called into their office one evening in Islandmagee for emergency next day which I couldn’t do online, and again excellent customer service face to face. Even helpful advice from the delivery guy when I was trying to get my empty boiler going again, 10/10. Superb all round, been using 3 years on the trot, never will even to think to use anyone else. Always finds my tank with no problems too amongst these apartments. Thank you always for everything team Tweeds Fuels!

Excellent service in replacing oil tank and installing fire protection panels. Great communication throughout. Very friendly and professional engineer and installers . Transferred the oil in the existing tank, removed and disposed of the old tank while respecting our property. The whole process was very smooth and great attention to detail in installing the fire protection panels.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Tweeds.

Drivers are polite and helpful and office staff are excellent

I've used Tweed's for years. Always prompt and efficient delivery. Very reliable local company.

Bought a garden table and chairs recently plus a small fire pit. Very happy with this. Good price.
As ever pleasant, helpful service at Tweeds.

Quick next day delivery, Good price and friendly staff

I have had Tweeds as my oil & solid fuel provider for many years. More recently I have purchased garden furniture & had my ancient oil boiler serviced since 2021.

The service is exceptional and responsive to any poor planning on my part. Very good deals on solid fuel & always competitive with oil prices. The quality of the garden furniture is outstanding.

Very prompt delivery and competitive prices

Respect for property always come when requested

Excellent fast delivery

I’ve been using Tweeds oil company for a years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re always reliable, deliveries are on time, and the service is so friendly. They are super genuine and actually cares about their service and customers. Highly recommend them if you want hassle-free, affordable, trustworthy service. Thank you Tweeds 🙏

Unbeatable service new oil tank
Right from the first contact through organising quote and installation the service was second to none
On fitting day the boys arrived on time and had the job done in great time
They were so polite and informed me at all stages
They even painted the required fire board the colour off my fence with some spare paint I had
When they were finished they cleaned up so well you would not even know they had been there
YOU JUST DONT GET THIS SERVICE FROM BIG COMPANIES
would recommend tweeds to everyone
Thanks so much

We came back from holiday and discovered we had an oil leak, we contacted Tweeds immediately, as they have been our oil supplier for over 25 years! They came to our assistance very quickly and drained the old tank, removed the old tank, and replaced us with a new bunded tank and refilled it with the drained oil! Their service to us, was superb and they took the pressure of us in a very stressful situation!

Been getting my oil & gas with tweed’s for the last 10+ years I pay them by standing order and every 6 weeks the call up to arrange my oil delivery the office staff & the drivers are very friendly & helpful
