Antwoord van Tweeds
Hi Tim, thanks for your review, we're very sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience. Unfortunately, we cannot find any record of a sale in your name. To allow us to look into this, please could you email orders@tweeds.co.uk with your order number (this will be an OL number on your invoice), name associated to the order and the order date and we will do our best to assist. Many thanks
Why would you go elsewhere?…
I always order my home heating oil from Tweed’s, for my home and my Airbnb business. They have a small tanker which a lot of other companies don’t have and they will price match. If you’ve discovered you’re nearly out of oil they will try their utmost to get to you quickly. They are a small, local company, they tick all the boxes, are pleasant to deal with and efficient. It’s important to me to support a local company. They also have a good selection of garden furniture, so I’d recommend a visit if you’re shopping for garden furniture. Oh…they also deliver gas for cooking and bbq’s and coal. Why would you go elsewhere?
