Great but can be better
it‘s really good，but it‘s not cheap if want to use the full websocket. Hope in the future, the user can pay for the single access like wti future for who only want to get, or can choose to subscribe certain things rather than buy a range of data.

Disappointing customer service
First, everything looked amazing. The documentation is nice and everything went smoothly in the beginning.
Then, I needed a data addon, confirmed with support that this is available and upgraded to a premium plan. Afterwards, I spend 3 weeks (!!) chatting with support because the data was not available.

Great API and wonderful team.
I use the api in the plan Grow. So I can ask 50 funds a minute. That is a fair price.
Until there was no downside.
The dashboard is a hit. I love it.
The support team responds very quickly, is knowledgeable, and very friendly.
