Excellent service, could not fault them. Kept me informed throughout including when driver arrived, and he also called to say where he was standing. Took the stress out of worrying if he was there are not! Would use them next time for sure

I booked for my parents although they did arrive, the driver insisted they come meet him outside the terminal - they are older and have never been to London and they said this to him, but he insisted. They eventually found him outside. This completely defeats the person of a meet &greet service to take any strain off of traveling. The driver was also unfriendly to them. I pointed this out to the company afterwards, and received a nonchalant response back. it is sad as I thought with all the positive reviews it would be a nice journey but we have had much more pleasant journeys with other taxi services and will not be using them again.

Simple, fast, professional, punctual, clean - those are the words I'd use to describe Twelve transfers service. Simple booking process, fast and clear responses from the staff, professional drivers arriving on time, clean vehicles. I just found my go-to service for managing in the UK when there on business.

Great, dependent and polite service. I've used twelve transfers a number of times, and most recently last week for a return journey to Stansted (from north London). Both experiences were fantastic - both drivers arrived early, and I received a clear text message. Both were polite, helpful and generally lovely. I was delayed flying back from Spain, and all text messages from the driver were both understanding and informative.
Highly recommend Twelve Transfers, particularly with 4am pick-ups when you need them to be dependable

I needed a taxi for dual terminal pickup from Heathrow for me and a business parter for a meeting we had in London and Twelve staff was very helpful with solution that solved out problem.

Excellent transfer company! I have booked with Twelve Transfers for airport transfers several times, and I have never encountered any problems. They are always on time, they respond quickly if you have any questions, the drivers are very friendly and helpful and the cars are clean and in good condition. I am in London once a month, and I will continue to book Twelve Transfers every time. Highly recommended!

The driver arrived 5 minutes early in the 7-seater we'd ordered to get us from our home to Gatwick. Then we had a panic when we were about 85% of the way to the airport - I'd left the passports at home! The driver was brilliant: got us back home and then to Gatwick thru the morning traffic calmly and efficiently, even though it meant stretching the meaning of 70 mph a little. His gadget also gave us accurate updates of ETAs. Despite my folly, we made the flight.

It cost us, yes, but the extra amount Twelve Transfers charged was at less than the original rate, and quite reasonable.

I tried to book them for the return, but left it too late - they were booked out. I'm not surprised.

Used to have my elderly parents transferred from Heathrow to central London. Driver was there on time - in fact, bit earlier than planned - found my parents, assisted with luggage, was super courteous and then super competent driving through shortcuts to avoid the traffic as much as possible, and dropped them off safely at their hotel. The car was impressive - a gorgeous BMW saloon, smooth and luxurious, none of that awful, hard-and-narrow-seated estates most cab companies use these days - my parents felt really treated. And all for just a fraction above the cheapest rate available online! We will use them again for the return journey and in the future.

Our driver was waiting exactly as promised, on time at Stansted Airport.

His car was parked nearby and was in perfect condition.

Overall a great experience and good value for money.

Big thank you to Twelve for offering a wonderful finish to our honeymoon! Was relunctant to book with them at start but couldn't be any happier after we got home; as per email confirmation, driver was waiting for us at arrivals with a name board, got on the road in no time and we were home before we new it. The driver was very kind and helped with our luggage at Gatwick and when we got home, car was clean and overall a very satisfied customer!
