Two Man Removals Reviews 

I moved on 28th Feb and after what started out as a normal morning moving me out, quickly went downhill. Brendan and Mark were absolutely amazing! The property owner of my purchase became very difficult and refused to handover the keys and move his belongings after completion. These two were a godsend. Nothing was too much trouble. Keeping me calm, constantly reassuring me it's was going to be ok and helping me solve a very sticky situation. Can't praise or thank them enough. Definitely recommend.

We moved with Two Man Removals on the 21st October 2024. During the move our sofa was damaged and a small hole was punctured in the top of the seat. The sofa was 3 months old at the time of the move and in immaculate condition. It cost me £2500. It is now 7th March 2025, despite several promises the sofa has not been repaired, or the section replaced and I have received no compensation for the damage. It is now 4.5 months later. The last communication I had from the company were empty promises on the 6th January 2025. This is not acceptable. There was also small damage to the doorframe in my brand new house, which is minor and therefore I have let pass. I have used the business on 4 previous occasions and found them to be helpful, but this is the first time I have had a problem and the aftercare is atrocious! I will now be pursuing a claim through the Small Claims Court. The cost of a replacement section for the sofa is £854.

I was badly let down by another removal company. Two Man Removals were able to move all our belongings to our new home at very short notice. They also cleared broken furniture etc from the old flat. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Tim were professional,friendly and did an excellent job on both the days I booked them for. The prices were very good value for money and I highly recommend this company.

I had my furniture in storage with these guys.
I arranged date and time for my items to be brought to my new place. They were so late and never delivered all my furniture. One of the men claimed to be tired so sat in the van. Then they had the cheek to say there time would soon expire and I would be charged more money. My family started unloading, only because there was only one guy working. The had broken my desk in pieces totally ruining it, there was also water damage on the desk splitting the edge. Then when they said that’s all I noticed stuff missing. They promised to deliver on the Monday, it never came. Turned up Tuesday only to find my lamp broken.
Wednesday to apologise they sent to guys to put my bed together that didn’t turn up on time for my family to do it and a pot of glue to so called fix my desk- this the workmen said they would rather not touch it and I agreed.
But I don’t call it compensation for stress of all the delays, mixups etc
They claim the mix up was because my items didn’t all fit into 2 storage units and they put some stuff in a 3rd unit but never told me about this so I only paid for the 2 units each week. They claim this is my compensation along with making the bed up. That’s despite my floor lamp being broken and my new desk. They claim they owe me nothing. I asked for my lamp back and it’s not even been returned.
I have not been treated fairly at all. They made my move so stressful instead of it being an enjoyable experience.

From the girl I initially talked to on the phone, to the guy that came to give me a visit and talk about the service, to the guys packing up my place and moving everything to my new place, everyone was super professional, friendly, polite and the two guys doing the moving in the van hilarious as well.

I am so glad I didn't have to do a thing. It looked like they were working really hard the whole time. Everything was packed really well and no breakages. I'm disabled. I need extra help which they willingly provided.

I was dreading having to move and pack up again but, what a good company and service! It made my situation of moving house completely doable, even enjoyable.

Worked really hard all day and were careful with all our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend

Incredibly professional and incredibly efficient. We have problems with exchange because of have an large chain but we're flexible and accommodating . Would highly recommend to everyone. Made our moving day stress free!!

Barry and Chris were great this morning collecting and dropping off our very heavy piano! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend. Thanks guys we’ll definitely use them again.

We had Mark and Jon for our move and they were outstanding!!

We had solid oak furniture that all needed dismantling, moving and re building. This extremely heavy! They did it with ease and knew exactly what to do and what time frames to use.

We hired them for the full day 8.30-4.30 and they finished within the time frame, they are kind and understanding and funny, I’m a very nervous person and they put me at ease right away! Also little Chris who we dealt with on all the bookings and behind the scene details was amazing! He sorted everything for us.

I can’t recommend them enough. 1000% recommendations to all ❤️

Best removal service I've ever used. The guys were warm and friendly and really careful with all my stuff. The pricing structure means you can use what you need and don't waste money booking a massive van for a whole day. I wish all removal companies worked this way. Excellent! Wonderful! Fabulous! We are very pleased with how easy the shifting of furniture was with ‘Two man removals’.
The man (John) came on time. He was quick, thorough and efficient. He dissembled the furniture quickly and re-assembled it even quicker! He worked very hard and before we know it, our furniture sits in our new home and I’m having a cuppa with nothing left to do for me! Highly recommend!

Booked these guys for a short move with the big furniture and large plant pots.
They were excellent, so helpful, took a great deal of care and finished in the time we agreed.
Friendly, lots of good advice ref packing.

This company were booked to move a sofa bed for me which turned out to be a nightmare... it had to come into lots of pieces to get down a small narrow staircase... which the guys did cheerfully and at the other end reassembled it fully which I was so thankful for.. it took way longer than the simple job it was supposed to be and they certainly went the extra mile to deliver a great service as well as a sofa bed
