Customer Service!!!! A couple of weeks had passed and we hadn’t received the order. I reached out to Customer Service. They explained what was going on. They helped me solve the problem and we received our order within 3 business days.

We received the earpiece in a timely manner and it works perfectly! We also appreciate the quick follow-up by the customer service representative to check on our satisfaction with the product.

I still haven't received my order. They emailed me direct asking preference and clarification for which radio I wanted, which I thought was great. I could get it right the first time. But then through the process, the guy on their end disappeared and my items still have not arrived. I emailed to see what's going on and get a message saying they'll look into it, but still no follow up........

Product is as described. Ear hook was a little to big for my ear,but was able to cut it down some for that perfect fit.

Went out of my way to give these guys our company business for 30 Hytera VM780s. Reps don’t know the products, literally googling my questions while I was on the phone (I called them), then twice made promises to call me back…and evidently just ghosted me. Terrible service - while I’m trying to give them money!

I ordered my product on August 7. It is August 15 and the product is still in California. The company should not use the Postal Service for shipping! I am very disappointed!!!

I have tried to contact you no less than 5 times to get tech support to call me about programming 2 hytera 782 HP radios that I am having trouble with. Each time the receptionist says someone will call you back. I have yet to get a call back. Your customer service is nonexistent.

I bought a couple headsets for 2 way radios. I received no email communication on the shipping. Once they showed up they had the wrong connector. I didnt even open the packages but they are refusing to allow me to return them. I wont be doing any business with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
