TWR offer a factory approved Sinn service without having to send the watch overseas. My 10 year old Arktis was losing 2 minutes a day, had low power reserve, and was looking a bit sorry for itself. TWR offer a complete service that is slightly cheaper than sending to the factory in Germany, incl dismantling, cleaning, oiling, assembling and regulating movement. They replaced damaged parts (which caused a slight delay due to additional parts being sent from Germany, and kept me in the loop at all times), restoring Argon properties and water resistance. They also check if the customer wishes the case and bracelet to be polished and restored as part of the complete service (because some customers may wish to retain the patina). I said yes to this and am delighted that the watch has come back looking brand spanking new and keeping excellent time. They even infilled some faded numbers on the bezel.
All replaced parts were sent back for my inspection and the watch is delivered in a lovely original Sinn case. They also provide a 2 year guarantee and the communication throughout was first class. Big thank you to Alex Gore for keeping me appraised at all times!

After trying the authorised Tissot outlet and being quoted a ridiculous price and time to replace a battery I happened upon TWR Watch Repairs who carried out the replacement in a couple of days despite not having the particular lithium battery in stock. Excellent service and good to know for the future.

I brought in my grandads gold plated Geneva watch that had been in my sock draw for over 20 years, it look tired and didn’t work and had no strap

When I picked it up a few weeks later it looked like it was brand new ( I was speech less) it even brought a tear to my eye

Thank you TWR watch repairs. So pleased with both the watches. My Dad would have been thrilled to see his lovely old watch working again. This was done at far less than I had been quoted elsewhere and they both came with a warranty and the customer care was second to none.

Great service and excellent service on my Sinn. Repaired on time also

Sent in my Sinn 556i for some warranty work, as it was displaying poor accuracy. TWR let me know as soon as they safely received the watch, asked me a couple of questions as to the issues the watch was having and said they'd let me know the outcome next week. True to their word, they called me and said the movement was suffering from low amplitude and that they'd carry out a full service under warranty and that it could take anything up to three weeks, which was perfectly reasonable.

However, the work was actually done quicker, within about a week from the diagnosis. They called to let me know the watch was ready to be returned and even dispatched it on a Monday, instead of Friday, to ensure that it wasn't rattling around the post office system all weekend. This shows good attention to detail and the service was quick, efficient and very professional from beginning to end.

I would definitely recommend and use TWR again in the future.

I'd lost a screw from my Sinn watch bracelet and called TWR repairs to see if I could source a replacement. They didn't have any in stock but promised to let me know when they had some more. I was surprised, based on past experience elsewhere, when I was contacted to say the screws were available. The screw was provided for free, with just postage to pay. Needless to say I'm delighted with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to use TWR for any future service or repairs on my Sinn U1.

I had a couple of issues with my relatively new Sinn 356 and TWR did an excellent job of repairing it under warranty. There was an issue when I got the watch back which was sorted very quickly after a conversation with a really helpful technician. The customer service team are superb and respond very quickly. Would definitely recommend TWR.

I was looking for a reliable UK based watch service / repair specialist for my Sinn U1.
I had researched nightmare problems with this type of watch and ridiculous repair prices. I requested a service and a refurb.
The result was amazing and great value for money. They were also able to source a genuine replacement bracelet if I requested one which I will do soon. Great turn around time and service. Highly recommended.

Was so glad that I went to visit rather than taking the post option. Fixed my Sinn while I waited and then re-timed/gassed it with new moisture absorbing module for a very reasonable price. Better than new now (keeping much better time than it did new).
