Will Buy Again!
I've bought a few times from Type One Style, I live in Ireland and unfortunately there isn't much demand for products for type 1 diabetes. I'm so glad I can shop and buy from Type One Style! The CGM patches not only help to make my device more secure, but they also add some much needed fun and personality. Prices are reasonable, products are reliable, plenty of designs, and the shipping is fast and efficient. I will definitely buy from here again in future.

Thanks for the feedback Ruth :) For Value for Money, have you tried ordering in packs? Packs have a discount built-in, and you can combine it with other discount codes / sales etc. You can get patches down to around £1.50ea this way.
Excellent value and Amazing choice!
Amazing company! Brilliant patches of so many different designs. They last about 7-8 days (but I gym/swim twice a week), so very good value. Love the mystery packs too!

Type One Style patches very effective
Type One Style patches are very effective as they stick easily to the skin and last over the 14 days I use the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor. Really good product. Highly recommended.

These guys are absolutely amazing. The patches actually stay stuck for the whole sensor session, they’re not irritating, and the designs are adorable. I’ve had a couple of issues with posting through no fault of their own, but they got things sorted for me so quickly. Awesome bunch of humans!

Selection
Great selection of patches and stickers, more than anyone else has. Price is competitive, and the patches stay on great. They have more patches for more machines/medical equipment than any of the other websites.

Ultimately, the price of the patch pales in comparison to the value it provides. For users in the USA, patches save hundreds of $ per year in CGM replacement costs. For the UK, where we are lucky enough to have public healthcare, the stress and trauma some people experience when losing a CGM is something they'd absolutely spend £2 or so on preventing (aka less than a cup of coffee).
Not a good experience for me
The free sample wasn't free. £1.99 postage was excessive.
The charge for the Freestyle Libre patch is unfair as it uses far less material than for the other makes.
Bulk packs are a good idea but to have them all the same style is boring.
The app is awful, it wouldn't let me use PayPal even though the option was there.
Finally, the cow print sample patch lasted eight days before the clear part wore away, and one edge rolled up.

Hi Andrew, sorry to hear this. We charge the same for all CGM patches because we believe it is unfair to charge people more based on what their health requires. This means that people are paying for CGM protection, and not paying more or less based on the size of their patches. For example, if you had a Dexcom and an Omnipod, that's quite a lot of material, and you may resent paying more someone with a Libre and no pump - it would feel unfair. As such, pricing is at actually kept at the Libre level, and we foot the bill for the extra materials used by the larger shapes.
We do have a section of about 41 variety packs. Outside of these, bulk packs are simply to give you a cost saving. Our current record is one person buying 80x watermelon patches, but it's usually a 5 or 10 pack as some people like to stick to a routine.
We don't have any control over the app, but I can raise that technical fault with the provider. Thank you for highlighting it.
As a small business, we would objectively have gone out of business 7 months ago if we also provided free postage for our free samples. We've sent over 22,000 free samples to patients and we simply do not have £44,000 to spare on free postage. Life as a small business is brutal, and we have to fight to keep going. We have of course footed the bill for 22,000 free patches worth of material, labour, electric, etc, and put ourselves out there for the community in many other ways too.

I reached out to your company about patches for Libre 3, not aware that they were overpatches instead of cut patches with "sticker." As per your website, you supposedly follow company guidelines; not sure about the other cgm's but Abbott specifically tells you on their website that you can Not cover over the hole in the cgm. I even included a screenshot of the company website with the information so they can revise their product (covering the hole doesn't allow water to drain/ retains moisture in the sensor). I reached back out to the company after I was informed why overpatches were used and inquired about making holes in the patch myself, not wanting to risk ruining the effectiveness of the adhesive with my own alterations. No response. Would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement, guidance, something.

These are the only patches I can use without having a skin reaction. Not many pump suppliers cater for the medtronic series but this does. I love how inclusive they are with all models of pumps/cgms. Also there's numerous designs with new ones being added all the time. This company proves that diabetes doesn't have to be boring
