How annoying
How annoying. Just purchased a box of 240 typhoo tea bags, and what a disappointment. I don’t have a complaint against the quality of the tea BUT the perforation between the tea bags is not up to the job. When separating the duo bags on virtually ever occasion one of the bags ruptures and tea leaves are spilt over the kitchen work surface. So I am getting one tea bag use from 2 teabags. I certainly will not be buying Typhoo tea in the future.

Perforation issue
My first contact with customer service was immediately dealt with. Once I submitted the correct required information, within a few days the replacement had been approved for delivery. This would have been a fantastic opportunity to send a few of free teaser products to test other varieties of Typhoo range. This didn’t happen which I was surprised, I would also like to thank all the staff involved in making the product and the replacement team 👍👍👍

Drastically changed Tea Bags…
I have always used typhoo tea bags .i have just finished the large supply i purchase when they were difficult to get. The new bags are square come in two's and are not raper in foil to keep them fresh. I have found trying to separate the two bags is almost impossible.i think i am going to change my tea.

I have long been a Typhoo one cup…
I have long been a Typhoo one cup drinker, and I'm absolutely disappointed with this so called new and improved version. The taste is awful and the square bag is just too large. New and improved it definitely isn't. I'm now trying to find a decent alternative.

Dealt with my problem very good and…
Dealt with my problem very good and quickly. But I won't be buying anymore of the square tea bags , almost half got thrown away due to the perforation dividing the two bags . They are call one cup , yet come in two's. The single rounds bags are far better .

The company have stopped making the round one cup tea bags and replaced them with horrible square ones we don't like them one bit and are looking for a new supplier we have been a customer for many years why do you have to change things
