Disappointed Customer!
Our business had 2 loans. One was the amount of $5k with a timeline of 5 weeks to repay and we finalised it in less than 3 weeks. The other loan was $50k plus $11k in fees and interest totalling $61k with a timeline of 18 months to repay and we finalised the loan within 10 months.
We requested a small loan of $6k and it was rejected without any proper details why.
This is good reason for us to consider moving our 2 tyro facilities elsewhere and look for partners who would readily offer small loans and establish a long term relation.

I believe TYRO is one of the best…
I believe TYRO is one of the best systems there is atm. Especially, because you can have a wired terminal and use your phone app TYRO BYO as a wireless terminal. It’s awesome. Very easy to operate and the support is great
