Could not return item as apparently it would cost me more to send back item. But offered a size bigger for same price plus postage. Sizing is alot smaller than stated. Will never buy from them again

Package not delivered. In the beginning they were answering to mails but later stopped all correspondence. Cheaters

Don’t order from this guys! They didn’t sent me tracksuit I ordered plus gift they proposed themselves. When I complained they simply stopped replying

I have been emailing and trying to get in touch to find out how to return an item which was far too big and order a smaller size, there is no address for returns and no response from them?

Bought about 10 jerseys over couple years so far , very very helpful always reply to questions and quality for the price is really good cant complain

Perfect service no issues , ignore the bad reviews - received man city shirt and they even gave me a free key ring to go with it. Shirts all real and badges on sleeves perfect condition

Ordered Liverpool Goalie kit 6-7, and Brazil 1998 kit 6-7. Both came quickly and are great!

Ordered an Ireland shirt with no sponsor as advertised on the site. I was sent the wrong shirt. Usually this would not encourage me to write a review. However after 5 working days trying to receive a reply from this company about this issue has prompted me to review the complete lack of customer service.

I offered to return the top and requested the correct top that I purchased be sent to me. But have got zero reply from the message portal on the website.

I will be forced to put in a dispute on PayPal if this issue is not addressed in the next day or two.

Ordered a 1990 retro Liverpool tracksuit top , arrived today , fantastic quality and very hard to tell any difference from the original one I used to have , will definitely buy from these guys again

Ordered a jacket on 23rd of Feb and still not delivered or even in the country of delivery, i am beginning to think it will never arrive. I read some negative review prior to ordered but gave the benefit of the doubt which was wrong of me. will come back and update if i ever receive it. Very very disappointed. I have mailed numerous times and no response.

Realised after purchase 15 days to delivery why can't companies explain the gears coming from half the world away and not exactly cheap-i won't my tracky NOW !!!! Internet shopping eh 🤷‍♂️

I ordered an XL and what came was a medium fit even though it’s labelled XL - tried contacting to exchange on ALL PLATFORMS but not a single response. If they don’t resolve this I will take this further with the authorities.

Ordered 2 shirts .. ordered xxl but they are more like medium ..
Opened dispute with PayPal and U8 do not provide an address for returning items .... Worst I've dealt with. Also I am contacting the relevant sports companies to report that U8 are selling counterfeit items .

Ordered a UK Large - Recevied UK - XL. Escalated to customer services and they came back to me saying it was correct size. Provided evidence of their error and now radio silence.

having ordered the England retro home shirt 1996 and receiving it it was nothing like what is pictured on the web site it is extremely poor quality shirt I’ve emailed them three times in wanting to return the shirt but I haven’t received anything back from them so I will contact trading standards so all I say avoid this company you’ve been warned they fraudulent

I very disappointed in the quality of my product. The logo and the stripes have started peeling after wearing it once. I paid a lot of money for it and it’s really bad quality.

I have purchased x3 shirts, 2 are fantastic but the 3rd was poor quality. I emailed twice about this with no reply. It's a shame as I would have ordered more and shared the company with friends and family.

Got my shirt today. Took exactly 14 days to get to NZ. I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality and the whole experience. Thanks Guys :-))

Ordered 4 Jerseys that cost me over £120 and they came in just over a week, 3 of the jerseys are really nice but 1 jersey was missing the Adidas logo and quality is not great. I have tried emailing them 3 times now over the past week asking if they can replace this Jersey with one that they are advertising on their site and had absolutely no response whatsoever from them which is very disappointing and don't think this is good customer service! Depending on their response if I ever get one I would advise against using this company sadly.
