The croquet mallet that we purchased was of very poor quality. The undercut ends were not square to the main head. It was totally unbalanced. The
brass around the head was of such poor quality not finished correctly or attached correctly.

Three years ago, I purchased a set of chess pieces from this company, but I couldn’t use them because the matching board was out of stock for a very long time. I just ordered the board as I noticed it was finally available.
Before using my chess set for the first time, I checked all the pieces and discovered that the white king is missing the small decorative top that the black king has. It’s a tiny removable part, and I simply asked if they could include the missing piece with my new order.
They refused because my original purchase was over three years ago.
The only reason the order is that old is because they didn’t have the board available for a long time, meaning I was never actually able to use the set. I wasn’t asking them to replace the entire piece, just to send the small missing top. Even if I had a pay a small fee for it.
I had planned to buy more items from their website, but their unwillingness to help over something so minor has completely changed my mind. Their customer service has been incredibly disappointing.
I’ll be returning the board for a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service and superb quality croquet set
I recently ordered a croquet set from Uber Games during a period when they were undertaking a major warehouse relocation. While there was a slight delay in dispatch due to the move, the communication from Kate in customer service was absolutely top-tier from start to finish.
She kept me informed at every stage, was immensely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was sorted out. When the set arrived, the quality of the craftsmanship, mallets, and hoops completely exceeded expectations.
It is rare to find a company that handles logistics challenges with such transparency and genuine care for the customer. I couldn't be happier with the equipment or the service provided. Highly recommended!

The game is great but the packaging was not good. End of box ripped off and hole in cardboard to the top of the box. I checked it out with the courier and decided contents were not damaged.

No delivery, company does not communicate
Order placed a week ago (5th July). Shop app shows should have been delivered Wednesday (8th July) no updates given. No response to emails, telephone number not answered says leave a message but the vmail box is full. Impossible company to contact. Very disappointed.

Sticky tape strip kept breaking and didnt go on smoothly kept having to stop and peel of the white strip . Hard to explain . Used to tennis grips that have a bit of tape to seal at the bottom to stop the grip peeling off
Had tonuse the elastic band until i could tape it up properly
