Excellent service and Carrom Board and additional stuff bought. Read reviews intially on amazon, but when I received the Carrom Board, prestine, very high quality finish, worth 200 Pounds, very heavy and high quality finish. We are all loving it. Later wanted to buy additional stuff, called customer Service, Vicky helped and dispatched same day for next day delviery, with NO EXTRA COST! THANK YOU UBER GAMES.

I ordered a very expensive £200 championship Carrom board from Ubergames.
I did extensive research before purchasing, and wanted a heavy duty good quality board, hence why I paid £200.
You can buy a carrom board from £30 onwards.
But I decided I wanted quality.
Upon receiving the Carrom Board I noticed the weight was not heavy as described. I could lift it with no problem.
I decided to get my bathroom scale and weigh the bored. It did NOT weigh 24kg as described. Instead it weighed 17.2kg.
I contacted the company, we had emails back and forth.
Vicky from customer service was NOT helpful at all. Kept saying the board is correct and there is nothing wrong.

I explained to her that, I ordered the championship Carrom board which weighs 24kg for £200. NOT the Tournament Carrom board which weighs 18kg for £150.

I was getting no where with V***y.

This is fraud. Advertising something and sending me another.
Mis-sold me a Carrom Board and stole £50 from me.

Do NOT buy from this company, If you do always check everything out properly after receiving your product.

Very poor customer service and a company who just don't care.

Awful.

Will never use this company again.

The items I ordered were as shown on the website and were delivered next day. I received a tracking number for Parcelforce and a delivery time slot. My only niggle was that in portrait mode on my iPhone the basket was hidden behind the icon for live chat and it took a little time to realise where it was.

Great games but awful customer service.

Phone calls have been promised with regards to my enquiries but they never call…

I ordered a bat and ball set for a friend of mine and GLS fluffed up the delivery and refused to help and the whole thing dragged out over 3 weeks (not a big deal in comparison with everything going on right now, but it became one more thing to sort out). I got in touch with Uber and the problem was sorted out by the next day. Friendly people who got the job done. Would definitely order from them again.

Bought two Championship croquet mallets a couple of years ago. Probably played about 20-25 times with them. The mallet described: "The heads are protected with brass rings giving fantastic durability". Sadly the brass rings at BOTH ends have split suggesting a problem with the wood not being properly seasoned? Second mallet perfect! Currently in discussion with Uber to replace mallet as 'not fit for purpose'. Fingers crossed!
Well sadly after several e-mails Uber refused to replace the mallet....so VERY DISAPPOINTED in their response.

Ordered a Carrom Board with Dice and when ordering the website said next day delivery. Just received an email to say "your order has been processed..". The Order has not been received and it's One week. Phoned few times and finally got through to someone who said "it'll be delivered next week...." but didn't give a date. The manner was rude and non-apologetic although delayed.

We rented games for our wedding - the process of getting these ordered was terrible (calls not being answered and people not replying to messages). The games did arrive on the day stated, but I had to ring to get an exact time slot rather than just 8-5. Games were all in good condition but still haven’t been picked up despite us waiting in for the collection and giving them access information to collect them on a later date

I ordered two sets of Ladder Golf, one for myself and one for a gift. One arrived with a broken pole and within 2 days they had resolved the issue by sending me out a brand new one. They were very helpful and polite with all their emails, and I will continue to recommend them to my friends.

Through no fault of Ubergames, we had an issue with delivery the week before Christmas, but the staff at the company were really helpful and got a replacement sent out in double quick time for us.
