Poor customer service. I tried to order flowers for valentines day, but after placing my order was told it will be delivered on the 16th. No proper customer service response to cancel my order. Even for delivery multiple people contacted me to get the address even though i had already given it. Just not a convenient process.

I ordered 3 bouquets for my wife, niece, and mother-in-law, scheduled for delivery between 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Instead, the flowers arrived at 1:46 PM, only after countless follow-ups through the app and WhatsApp. Throughout this time, no one answered calls.
To make things worse, only 2 bouquets were delivered. I immediately followed up about the missing bouquet, but replies were rare, delayed, or completely ignored on both the app and WhatsApp. When they finally responded, I was told not to worry and that they would check and arrange the delivery.
After that—no response at all.
The third bouquet was never delivered, and I never heard from them again.
This was especially upsetting because it was my first Valentine’s Day since I met my wife that she did not receive flowers from me, due to their failure to deliver and communicate.
Disgusting customer service, extremely unprofessional behavior, and a very disappointing experience overall.

I recently ordered flowers along with a paid message card through the Flowwow app. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were not fresh and looked old and poor in quality. This was very disappointing as the order was meant for a special occasion.
In addition, the message card I specifically paid for was not delivered at all. When I contacted the shop to report the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional. The representative said, “What can I do now?” and disconnected the call without offering any solution.
This experience caused inconvenience and embarrassment. I expected better quality control and customer service from a platform like Flowwow. I hope they take stricter action against sellers who fail to maintain proper standards.
