UFC Collectibles could potentially be the best company I have ever dealt with. I am an avid UFC fan and only recently discovered that they sell Memorabilia from fights through their sites. When I first joined, I had a few issues. I was unable to add my credit card to my account, so I messaged their help team. Within an hour, I got a response from Drew, who has been amazing to work with. He was able to fix that issue for me straight away and hence allowed me to bid on the auctions before they ended.

Unfortunately for me, I wasn't able to win the specific auction I was looking at, so I reached out to Drew again asking if they managed to have another piece from the event that I could purchase. Again, extremely promptly, Drew responded and assured me he would follow up on my request. After a couple of days, he provided me with constant updates as he tries to source the memorabilia from the UFC so I could purchase it.

I couldn't recommend UFC Collectibles or Drew any more highly. They are a fantastically well-run business and I am so thankful for the help they have provided me. I am a customer for life!

I have ordered 3 autographed posters (mystery box) and love them all! Every time I order I wait in anticipation to see what awesome piece of memorabilia gold I will get next. (Back story)That feeling of excitement isn't one I've been feeling as of late considering going through chemo last year beating cancer only to be left with kidney disease from the intense chemo. It's been a long road and I still have a ways to go but when I get that feeling of excitement that I have while waiting for those posters and then getting to open them it takes my mind away from my health and allows me to feel good. Keep up the good work (UFC Collectibles) you never know how much of a difference you're making in someone's life. Thank you a thousand times.

I specifically asked for my 3 jerseys to be sent unframed, which they said they will do but didn’t. They arrived in low quality, scratched up frames which I immediately removed. Upon removing, much to my disappointment, I found each jersey was filled with about 30 huge pins used to stick the jersey to the cardboard inside the frame. Each one of these pins left big holes and creases in the jersey.

Extremely disappointing getting this level of quality along with poor communication for such high end products. I was a longtime customer of UFC Collectibles and have spent many a thousand with them. I won’t be purchasing again unless they have a change of ownership.

After spending over $5000 with their company I thought they would take good care of me. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. From the very beginning the communication was horrible. Automated customer service emails and Instagram messages saying the same robotic nonsense. It ended up taking them 2 months to finally ship the shorts to me. Because I was told they use a terrible framing technique putting nails through the material I asked them numerous times not to frame them. I was assured they would not be framed. Unfortunately despite their assurances they were still shipped framed and you can see the nails going through the material in multiple places (my biggest fear). Not only that, they filled out the customs form incorrectly and told DHL the package contained plants or wildlife and it was stuck in customs because of the Department of Agriculture having to inspect it and make sure it wasn’t in violation of the Lacey Act. The whole time this was going on they were posting numerous times per day trying to sell more items even though they couldn’t bother to ship out the items that were already paid for. It’s such a shame that this horrible company got the UFC license for fight worn memorabilia. Ro and Alice and the entire Memento Group company have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are completely incompetent. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Don’t give them any of your hard earned money. Buy directly from the fighters or from other collectors instead.

Side note: I forgot to mention they also used the wrong type of marker so the autograph is clearly fading only 2 months after she signed them. They can’t do anything right.

Great service, great communication and great way to get early access to exclusive items all in one place especially if you can't get to events. All comms with Drew have been immediate and quick assistance. Much appreciated guys for what you do.

I met Drew and Phil last year at UFC X in Las Vegas. They both are very nice with great customer service. Shipping is fast and safely packaged. The issues I had trying to authenticate my items were all quickly resolved. I will forever be a long time customer.

I attended UFC 281 at MSG and really wanted a stool. I contacted them about when they will be for sale. Drew got back to me as soon as they went up for sale. Was able to snag myself one. Drew was a pleasure to work with and the whole experience was great. Will be buying again once I save up lol. Thank you again Drew!

Bought me a mystery poster. 1 out of 4 chance of getting a ppv and im a gambling man! Customer service was great, poster was great quality and authentic. I love this site and will definitely be purchasing more from here.

I ordered a mystery box and I got two posters the same so emailed and Drew kindly sent a replacement and it arrived 24hrs later. Always a pleasure and top tier customer service from the guys at UFC Collectibles. Thanks again Drew!!

5 star experience here from UFC collectibles and absolutely brilliant service from Drew in particular. Some of the items arrived damaged but after an email explaining with the pictures it was all sorted so quickly and professionally. A fantastic company to deal with, really friendly and understanding and felt like Drew genuinely cared and sorted it quickly, I was so happy with the outcome. First time ordering but won’t be the last, great company and a word on their stock also, incredible!!!!! Thanks Drew and UFC collectibles! Brilliant 5 star service all round!

Bought another few items including Karol Rosa event worn signed gloves as well as Jennifer Maia, they were packaged amazingly, perfect condition and a great addition to my collection, I recommend these guys 100%, Drew you are an outstanding member of the team, so helpful and patient, resolving any questions I had, as well as being a great customer service advisor you are also a salesman, I bought extra items because of you and your great communication.
