I have mixed reviews, I've ordered a few times and referred people to them once I received merchandise, however I'm dealing with an issue right now that's been going on since the 4th and today is the 14th.....no order received, no tracking info and every time I email, it goes unanswered. They responded twice in 5 days and all I want is an answer as to where my order is??? I'll update in a few days

I'm convinced all the negative reviews for this website are from competitor vape stores. I have ordered at least 12 times so far and EVERY order has come in within days and as described. When they say they ship fast, they do. The one time I had a bad vape I didn't contact them but just left a review stating I got one bad vape and out of no where a replacement order + a bonus vape appeared at my door. This place stands on business and backs their products. I used to buy from a local vape store spending $115 to$118 for 4 vapes. My order that just arrived for 15 vapes only set me back $75. Don't waste your money, buy from these guys. You will thank me later.

Got what I ordered, just takes awhile for them to ship out your order. The next day they created my shipping label but didn’t ship out my order until about 2-3 weeks later.

I order several vapes on 7/29/26 and still haven't received any!

Ugovape has become my favorite vape site to order from. I came across an ad on Facebook but was very hesitant as the deals seemed too good to be true. But I realized they accept paypal so I knew i could easily get my money back if there was an issue, plus I found a coupon for an additional 30% off so i decided to give them a try. And boy am I glad I did! The deals for 3 suonon for 24.99 is what I originally purchased along with a mystery bag for 9.99. In total I paid 24 with free shipping and received 6 vapes! I was paying 32 for 2 vapes at my local convenience store and these were exceptional! The suonon and nexa vapea are actually backed by voopoo and the quality is better than lots of known brands that vape shops sell. They also have a rewards program to ear points towards future orders. You earn 1 point per $ spent and you van earn rewards by leaving product reviews. You earn $2 per reviewed item which is awesome! The customer service is excellent and they are very helpful and get back to you within 24 hours. Shipping was the hardest part for my first order. It fell in between 4th of july and a Sunday so it took a bit longer than expected but every order since has taken about 6 days from the point of ordering but I'm also on the east coast. They use different carriers depending on your location and advertise 3-7 day delivery. I promise if you give them a try you will become a frequent customer!
