Unfortunately if you’re reading this you’ve probably already been scammed. My wife searched for driving license renewal and thinking they were the DVLA went ahead and paid them £39 realising the mistake afterwards we put it down to experience.
However 1 month later the real scam kicks in where they charged us again £39 and apparently we’ve signed up for a subscription, now why would you want a new driving license every month no chance of a refund and our bank Santander didn’t want to know.

By changing the address on my driving licence, I was somehow entered into a monthly subscription. I didn't sign anything to suggest I wanted this, received no information about it and no services.

Really unhonest and unhelpful company. Unknowingly put onto a subscription service which I was unaware of. When questioned, I was told there was nothing which could be done. They use DVLA thinking you were on their website and take advantage of people. I ended up paying £80 to change my driving license address which is free on DVLA.

Avoid this company subscribe you to a monthly payment without asking and then won’t refund

Used to change license address, not realising it wasn't actually the DVLA - Thanks GOOGLE!!! Started charging a £39 monthly subscription for a one-off service. Use the DVLA site instead.
Still waiting for them to provide evidence that I agreed to a subscription service.
You can always initiate a chargeback with your credit card company if they don't respond. Then they will have to provide proof of agreement.

***UPDATE***
As of Sept 12th they have changed their website considerably. It now more fairly advises that services may be available directly from the DVLA (with a link) and a banner shows that a subscription fee applies. Of course, they will probably say it ahs always been thus. I have evidence to the contrary however.

Scamming website designed to mimic the DVLA with the express purpose of signing you up for a recurring monthly £39 fee for their "services" instead of the £14 the DVLA actually charge for registering a change of driving licence address. The email from them will not state this either. AVOID.

Looks like was scammed by this company too. Worried that they have my bank details now. Can’t believe they are able to get away with it

If I could give this zero stars I would! Unfortunately found out the hard way they are not legit after being charged £39 twice for a licence renewal! Scumbags doing what scumbags do unfortunately - taking money off of those who are not aware

I was renewing my driving license I went on Google and type DVLA renewal this website came at the top of the list and I filled my details and then at the end of the payment I received a email from DVLA.NET that was the time I realized that it was not the DVLA website after the email I quickly respond to the email told them to stop my transaction and stop proceeding with my application after couple of hours the I received email with confirmation of counseling subscriptions that they signed up for the subscription of 39.00 per month without my consent or knowledge.

This website should be taken down because no more people is going to fall for it the renewal fees was £14 but ended paying £39.

After they took the payment out they are not replying my email back.

Please be very careful when googling to change your address on your driving licence. This site is on the top of Google and will get your address changed , but will continue to take £39 A MONTH off you !!!!!! BE CAREFUL !! Unscrupulous way of trapping you !!!

They basically 'pretend' to be the DVLA (no doubt they get around it legally with the small print). Like everyone else here, I was charged £39 (EDIT: They did refund me the £39). Don't be in a rush like I was and assume that because it looked like the DVLA's website, it is.
(EDIT: This company do need to make it FAR clearer that they are signing you up to a pay monthly membership scheme, because the way it is currently makes them look dodgy!)

Back in July I had to change my licence address, I used this site as it is misleading and looks very official. After realising I shouldn’t have to pay for this service I cancelled immediately over the phone. In literally minutes from paying, the service was cancelled. I asked when I’d get my refund and the lady on the phone said within a few days.

A few days went by and I called again, she said she couldn’t track the refund and it could take up to September for it to go through. This is the biggest red flag. 2 months for a refund for £39? Now I’ve disputed it with my bank they will not respond to emails.

Reported to trading standards. This ‘company’ must be shut down.

Please look at the 5* reviews, they are all brand new accounts with only 1 review and it’s for this sham of a company.

Having to create fake accounts to hide the true bad reviews shows what type of ‘company’ this is.

I too have been conned ,having moved just recently and the headache of all the admin that you have to do, i change address on my driving licence and was lead to this website which i thought was the dvla site paid 39 quid was bad enough

allowed to do this ,they dont tell you this that its monthly payment , watch out now had hassle of.inform my bank to stop any further transactions

Total scam and I used it thinking it was the DVLA. They also sign you up for a subscription and charge you each month so if you’ve used them, make sure you cancel the subscription.

Very misleading website, I thought I was renewing my license with DVLA. They have taken £39 out my bank. Nowhere did it say in the site and when I went to pay with Apple Pay was the amount shown otherwise I would not have gone ahead! Very unhelpful customer service, feel like I have been misled and scammed.

I'm no IT idiot and do this for a living but I genuinely thought I was using DVLAs site. It's only this morning I saw a recurring payment of £39 go through when I looked into it. Disgusting thieves and scammers. They should be locked up for this.

Absolutely shocking, I went to renew my driving license and this came up, being a busy mum I filled it in and got charged £39 and gone on my banking today and another £30 has come out, I have rang them for a refund but they are saying I cannot have a refund, please be careful
