Absolute scammers. Charged £120 before I realised they had signed me up for a subscription. You don’t even need to pay to change your address on your license. Their website looks an awful lot like the dvla website. Avoid!!!!

Scam people within the small print to sign up for a subscription- ended up costing me £78 to Change the address on my driving license- avoid or risk being scammed!

Thought it was an official site to get driving licence renewal. They have not processed the renewal after taking the money. The Dvla know they are a scam. Avoid at all costs. Go through gov.uk site to avoid scam. Make sure you cancel membership as will take money again. Fake site and fake good reviews.

One of my friends in The UK recently had an unfortunate experience with UK-DRIVE.COM. Without his knowledge or consent, they deducted £39 from his account. He was never informed about any charges, nor did he agree to any recurring payments or services that would justify this deduction.

When he contacted customer support, he did not receive clear answers or assistance in resolving this issue. This lack of transparency and unauthorized transaction is extremely concerning, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this website.

I hope the company takes this matter seriously and addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

Scammer, I don't know how I got to their website when am trying to change my provisional license address,they asked for 39pounds for changing of address,I don't know it was free on government website
I paid it last month and this month they try to take another one from my account and I called them that why are they taking my money from the account, I didn't subscribe for anything from them..
Unfortunately they still go ahead to take another 39:99 today.but I've canceled the claimed subscription with them.

Don't use it, charger triple then dvla,said my driving licence will be ready in 10 days and after 6 days send me an email informing me tu use formulary D1 and to go on post office. I don't know how dvla accept something like this, big shame.

Scam of a website and useless customer service team. I renewed my driving licence and they charged me a premium price and automatically signed me up for ongoing monthly subscriptions! I never received a refund. Do not use.

Scam site for changing driving license address. It’s free on gov site which they’ve copied the design to trick you into following through. What’s worse is that not only charging you for it, you also get signed up so will see another payment the month after. They won’t refund any money paid, stating it’s in their T&Cs. This site should be taken down.

Fraud company,pls read the term’s and conditions before doing anything on this website.as it put you in subscription and take money every month. Which they did to me.by mistake I ended up on this website to change address on my driving license.i didn’t know that changing address was free of coast on the government website. I thought I was on government website when I changed my address.I only realised after 2 months that thy too my money from my account.please be careful. Thy took 39£ from my account for 3 months.and now I asked then to cancel the subscription.

I think everyone who puts good review are the scammers themselves. Made their website look like dvla website. Charged me twice when it should be free.

Not responsible
I thought I was on DVLA site renewing my licence, I didnot know until I contacted DVLA for not receiving my new driving licence.
My licence was delivered to wrong address. So I paid more than double the price of renewing licence and I didn't get my licence.
They also signed me up for subscription without my permission.
I wouldn't have mind if I got my new licence.
I wrote to them and no response.

It’s a massive scam
Thought I was on DVLA site renewing my licence as it looks like dvla site
But it wasn’t until I was charged the next month I looked into it & it had set up a subscription as I didn’t untick a box
Now it has cost me £78 for a £15 renewal!!
Staff aren’t helpful when trying to cancel said subscription & cancel membership

This website is a scam. They have set themselves up to look similar to the DVLA when renewing your driving license. It is not clear that you are signing up for a £40/month subscription service.

It's a scam. It's disgusting that the DVLA / gov don't do more to stop this and the company then fills the details out using official DVLA site. I admit I wasn't paying attention and this company come up as a sponsored add which I didn't notice and it's layout is the same as most .gov websites. They now keep trying to charge me monthly for something that should have been free.

It is a scam website. Defrauding unsuspecting clients. Services that ARE COMPLETELY FREE on DVLA website are being charged.
The website is cloned to look so much like DVLA (same fonts and colours).
They even continue to charge you (recurrent payment) even after the fraudulent service.

To fair with everyone sadly they are a legitimate company that share there resources with dvla they pay them so please realise that the correct website is dvla.gov they are not a scam but you can be easily be mislead

Do not touch this company as they will automatically take £39 per month from you and say you signed up for a subscription, they obviously are very used to people calling to cancel as they straightaway cancel it for you but make very clear they will not give you the money back. I do not know how they sleep at night, thieves
