Ordered a aferiy nomad1800pro , arrived faulty no charge in station and would not accept charge. Unfortunately only after digging around found their customers services are terrible.

I ordered a P210 unit that arrived faulty. I contacted their customer services to return the item, within 30 days.

They make the return process as difficult as possible, repeatedly asking for new information. 12 emails exchanged and still no resolution.

Customer service is non existent and I have now had to refer the matter to the Count Court to get my money back.

I strongly advise you seek an alternative product from a know brand with reliability and appropriate customer services

I ordered a product on 20 May and was told it shipped the next day. It never arrived. What followed was weeks of chasing, broken promises, and the company refusing to refund me unless the courier returned the parcel — which is not how UK consumer law works.
Despite multiple emails, they kept changing their story: first saying I had to wait for DHL, then promising an “immediate refund”, then saying it was only a “refund request”, then promising again, and again failing to deliver. Even after acknowledging my legal right to a prompt refund, nothing happened.
As of 25 June — over a month later — I still have no refund, and they silently closed my support case.
I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and initiated a chargeback. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Bought power station P310 great product,works as described. Fast charge takes 2 hours from AC and 3 hours from 2.2kw honda Generator on 1200w setting. On full pawer will charge in 2 hous. Fridgefreezer energy rated E can run for around 60hours. So I think it's good enough. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful. Only one issues for me they doesn't shipping to Northern Ireland, but they arrange self pick up from warehouse. In my opinion it's great power station p310. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately Aferiy have not thoroughly tested the new PS 240 grid connected (Balcony system), looks as though customers are having to field test the units shipped out (confirm today via email).
I have already had to send 1 unit back because of numerous issues Dead on arrival. Aferiy will not refund until faulty units are shipped back, offered small discount + a cable that I had to chase, this was to purch. ase one of their more established battery stations in compensation. These units are very heavy to handle.
Having purchased 2 off PS240, one working reasonably well, except for grid disconnect problems that can happen any time of the day or night. The unit then just does nothing (DUMB) example no charge or discharge until it's reset.
I spoke to C/S who initially said not our fault, but unfortunately the grid voltage in the UK is very unreliable in some areas.EV charging/ solar inverters cutting out are common problems.
I told Aferiy, but at no time in the communication did they ask how have I partly have overcome this by purchasing other equipment. I asked Aferiy for compensation many times, no they said ship it back for a refund, not interested in feedback or solution.
I have a 15 year old German solar inverter, any grid voltage fultuations low or high it resets itself and carries on working.

Refusing to accept a return in the box it was sent in, being trying to sort this for months

Aferiy have refused to register the power station that I bought because it came from an auction site, John Pye Auctions, who had it because it was "shop-soiled" (damaged packaging). It appears that they won't register anything that wasn't purchased from either their own website or Amazon, so I have NO warranty.

tried to make purchase , my bank stopped payment flagging them as bogus company.they made 3 attemps at taking payment from different locations

Amazing products (I have solar and 2 power stations), great customer service, and very reasonable pricing.

This company provides a limited number of specialist products by design, which is generally a sign of quality and a great business model.
