Once ordered it took a month to arrive
Once ordered it took a month to arrive, I had to chase up customer service, I said I needed it for my kids birthday party and I was guaranteed it would arrive for the weekend, sadly it didn't arrive till the Tuesday. Great product, terrible customer service. My child was gitted.

Producer good
Producer good. Delivery and service not - not delivered as the team couldn’t get through an open gate and then no follow up.

Could be better!
Ordering process fine. Unfortunately it was not processed/sent. Had to chase it up and after just over a week it was sent and arrived a couple of days later. Got what I wanted but would have been better if you had got it right first time.

Hi Colin, thanks for taking time to write a review. Spare parts can take a little longer but we will see what we can do to speed up the process. Thanks Cornilleau UK
Product is very good but delivery lets it down badly.
Product is very good. The time to deliver and the product condition on eventual delivery was unsatisfactory as recognised by Cornilleau. The note on the packaging requires the recipient to unpack the goods prior to the courier departing. This is unreasonable and not honoured by the courier.

Great product and service
The ping pong table is great, and we just needed a cover - which is no-nonsense, does what it's supposed to do and arrived on time - exactly like the table!

Delivery was prompt
Delivery was prompt. I didn't give 5 stars because I had to buy a second cover as the first one disintegrated in the wind/rain despite being sold as weather-proof.
