I have been using Curl Smith products for the last 2 years Hydro Style Flexi-Jelly, Shine Conditioner & Bonding Oil. As every Curly haired girl knows not all curls are the same so when you find the products you love for your hair it’s a winner! When ordering the products I have always purchased directly from Curlsmith they usually send an update on your delivery tracking number within 48hours. On this occasion when I had ordered the products I hadn’t heard anything from them with regards to dispatch so contacted them via e-mail to ask when I could expect delivery, (I was a little bit desperate as I was about to run out of the H.S.F- Jelly). The customer service team got back to me straight away and said they would investigate with the warehouse, they then came back to me with a tracking number and link to follow my parcel, I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work and my package was waiting for me, THANK YOU CARLY for arranging this GREAT SERVICE.

Always loved curlsmith's products, very well made for curly hair. I recently had an issue that Carly from the customer service helped me fix so quickly, excellent help. Thank you!

I've ordered from curlsmith twice now and on both occasions, the products arrived quite quickly. On one occasion one of the bottles arrived broken but this was quickly rectified by Carly in customer support over email (super helpful and polite) who was able to send me a replacement. Curlsmith also provide samples of their products with your order which I find really helpful so I can try out a product before committing to it next time.
As for the products itself, they are really worth it! I used over the counter products which were more affordable but they dried out my hair over time and I ended up needing to use more of those products to get the curl effect I wanted. However with curlsmith, I don't need to use as much and the products don't weigh down my hair. So definitely worth a try!

I have to say Curlsmith products and customer service are excellent. I have 2A hair and my daughter has 3C hair, and we both use products from the brand.

Whenever I have contacted their customer service, they have always been incredible helpful. Recently I couldn't locate my order and Alicia helped to quickly establish what had happened to it. She helped me to sort our the issue within the same day. I am super grateful for a stress-free and efficient service.

Received excellent customer service from Carly one of Curlsmith’s team. My original order had unfortunately not been processed but when I emailed about this I received a very quick response from Carly who sorted this out and my order is now on its way. Couldn’t ask for better service so I am very happy

I contacted the team as my order had not shipped yet. Carly emailed me back almost instantly and was friendly, kind and very helpful! She gave me an option of replacement or refund. I chose replacement and she upgraded a few of my items and even included a few samples! She made the order for me and ensured that it would be shipped tomorrow and arrive early next week before my holiday! (Which the order was made for). Thank you very much Carly. Would definitely recommend :-)

Fantastic company.
I am 42 years old and have been fighting with very naturally curly hair my whole life. As a child and teen, I hated it as I was bullied for it mercilessly (it was the late 90s/early 00's when sleek poker straight hair was all that was acceptable).

Curlsmith products have made me love my hair.

Also, the staff and company are fab. I've the Rewards programme, deliveries are great and any time I have had to contact customer service, they have been spot on (shout out to Bernince's help recently).

I have always straightened my hair however my daughter decided to try something different on my hair & I have a natural wave but she scrunched it & showed me what to do & gave me some of her curlsmith products which she raves about!! Honestly everyone says how good it looks & it makes me feel great! I wasn’t sure which products to get but I’ve been in contact with Carly from curlsmith & she has been fantastic- she has been so helpful & kind & nothing has been too much trouble- I couldn’t find the free samples I wanted so she sent me a list & I told her which ones I wanted & she is sending them to me. The products themselves leave my hair in a great condition- I’m very new to being “curly” but I’m definitely a fan! Great customer service. Totally recommend
