Paint replacement, excellent service

We ordered a product 2 years ago, to find the paints had now dried out. We reached out to customer support who were able to provide us replacements for a low fee. Very pleased, thanks again.

Clearly, Figured'Art are the leaders in their field, with a vast range of product and speedy availability for many of the items from a UK facility. When I forgot to deduct 15% discount from an order, they immediately credited my card for the relevant amount. That's service.

Very happy with good quality kits

Very happy with good quality kits. Initially they only sent 5 out of the 8 kits I ordered but thanks to the customer service advisor (Kaye) this was soon remedied (in just over a month) and i am now the proud owner of 8 lovely diamond painting images which I can’t wait to get started on. I was also offered a 20% discount on my next order to apologise for the error.

Great customer service

Sometimes you only see the merit of a company when things go wrong. I wanted to try this hobby along with 3 friends so I uploaded a photo of us all and ordered 4 sets with the same photo so a significant investment. Unfortunately the delivery went to the wrong house. I am not clear if this was my fault but I assumed it was and I chased the delivery company to try and locate my parcel. This company helped me to try and locate the parcel. They were unsuccessful too and immediately offered a replacement. They sent it and I recieved it yesterday. I haven't used it yet but the kit looks great and we are looking forward to a sip and paint session. I'm so pleased with Figured'Art. They really look after their customers.

Impressive customer service

Ordered an item as a gift but unfortunately it was delivered to a pick up point and the recipient could not collect it. I was given the option of a redelivery for a small charge but didn't respond as I had missed the email. Several weeks later I cheekily emailed to request a refund as it was a bit too late to organise a redelivery. I was not expecting Figure D'Art to agree but to my pleasant surprise I received a lovely email and a full refund. Very impressed with this level of customer service from Kaye.

I have bought 6 of these lovely paint…

I have bought 6 of these lovely paint by numbers I have finished one now onto my second one .The other 4 are for my daughters.The paints and canvas are great I just wish the brushes were a better quality. Apart from that it's just nice to have some time to myself and paint .Would highly recommend

Awful purchase experience. Avoid!

Item was marked as green tick and 'UK Stock: Delivery in 48hrs'. A week later and still haven't received it. When i contacted Kaye from customer services, she said it was coming 'shipped from workshop' which takes 1-3 weeks! I can still see the item i ordered labelled on the website as 'UK Stock: Delivery in 48hrs'... Which is what i bought. This was meant to be a present. Terrible customer experience.

This is mis-selling and against consumer rights set out by the ASA. If it says uk and 48hrs then it should be within that timeframe as that's part of what you are purchasing.

Also, i still haven't even had an apology.

Someone needs to get my order to me as soon as possible with compensation.

(i can see your response and that's not the case, it was green and UK 48hrs).

The item has just arrived today (23rd) (it was ordered on the 12th) and to top it off, it’s damaged!

Canvas bent and not able to flatten so will be very creased for painting and afterwards.

At this point I’d like a full refund. This entire process buying from you has been a nightmare and now the item is damaged.

The design you selected is available in multiple variants. Depending on the size chosen, the shipping origin changes, and the label on the product page updates accordingly between Green Label (UK stock, fast delivery) and Blue Label (made-to-order, shipped from our overseas workshop). In your case, the selected variant is part of the Blue Label collection, which follows the 1–3 week delivery timeframe.

Great service

The quality of the kit received was excellent and I will definitely order again. One of the kits didn't arrive (not the fault of the company) and Katherine was very helpful in ensuring another kit was sent out to me.

Figured art is an amazing company

Figured art is an amazing company, they are very quick to respond to any query you have. The paint by number kits are packed really well and included everything you need. I would highly recommend this company. I have already purchased 3 large paint by numbers from them and can’t wait to order more !! 😀

Never Again - update.

Since my last review I have had 5 emails telling me that they will solve the issue I have with green fur for a dog DP. This is what they suggest, I quote: "you may proceed with completing the painting first. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will arrange a replacement for you. No incorrect diamonds were sent and the numbers match the corresponding colors."I make DP as a hobby. This one is 50cm x40cm and very intricate. I work on them when I have leisure time, so this will take some months to complete. The colours of the drills will not change from green to grey with time. I did do part of the face, but it did not look right-don't know of any dogs with green fur! All they need to do is replace the green drills meant for the dog's fur with grey ones. I emailed them, but didn't get a reply, again. Not surprised.

My 1st time dealing with this company…

My 1st time dealing with this company which didn't get off to a good start as my order was delayed due to a technical issue. I wondered whether I was doing the right thing continuing with the order but was kept in touch regularly by Kathryn a customer service assistant, who reassured me things would be resolved as quickly as possible. It was good to have this personal contact and true to her word my order arrived.
I would certainly use this company again and be confident in their service.

Excellent quality and customer service

This was ordered for a Christmas present and it arrived well in time. There was a slight problem with the canvas but Katherine sorted it out immediately, a new one was despatched within a day and a complete replacement kit arrived soon afterwards. We've had a lot of personalised diamond art kits from different suppliers but I can honesty say that the ones we've had from Figured'Art are by far the best in terms of quality of materials, photograph detail and, best of all - customer service.
