Katherine never gave up trying to supply me with an extra set of paints and kept me informed constantly about the process of contacting their suppliers in order to make sure I received the correct colours. Great service.

I made a mistake when ordering my kits. Katherine very promptly sorted it out for me.
These kits are excellent quality and I'd recommend to anyone.
Can't wait yo start my beautiful kits and have hours of pleasure and relaxation while doing them. Worth every penny.

Had a problem with missing paint and it was resolved quickly. The only problem I have is with delivery times from China… 3 weeks!!!

My favourite mini art canvases are Figure’d Art. It is my hobby as I am confined to bed in a care home. The postmen regularly deliver to flats nearby because they are careless. I have built up a bond with the office of Figure’d Art because they always patiently sort it out. Sue Shaw

I ordered a custom paint by numbers, and was sent the wrong item. But when I emailed customer service, Jamie was very helpful and got the correct print sent out straight away.

Jamie was extremely helpful and respectful. He assisted me with several previews of my custom painting before I made the purchase, ensuring everything was just right. I really appreciated his patience and support throughout the process.

I ran out of paint on pot 3 of the hippo canvas and Jamie was very helpful in ordering a new pot and keeping me updated.

The Quality of the canvas especially framed are brilliant The quality of the paint is also brilliant. I do extremely difficult paintings and.I really enjo.but even the basic paintings a enjoyable to do

I had used other company before but with this one they get back to you straight away nice little tool bag nice little pot of glue .

Fantastic collection of paint by numbers kits - truly something for everyone.
One of my kits came with an incorrect colour, Jamie went above and beyond to rectify this for me. They kept in regular contact through the shipping process and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I’m so impressed with the choice of prints and have absolutely loved the paint by numbers I’ve purchased from them.

I’ve bought a couple of paintings from FiguredArt and the quality is great. I really enjoy making the kits. Customer service is also brilliant. I had been sent the wrong set of paints with an order and the response to my problem was quick and I received a replacement kit with the correct colours within a fortnight free of charge.

Jamie from customer services was very prompt in responding to my problem of missing diamonds from a project that I was working on. They were dispatched within a few days and I received them today. Excellent customer service, have now ordered more kits.

I would highly recommend Figured’Art. There was a small issue with a recent purchase and it was resolved in an extremely timely manner with no hassle.
