****UPDATE****
Still no sign of my photos and no sign of a refund. And now the agents are actually ignoring my attempts to contact.

Never turned up. Been fobbed off with "be patient" not happy. My advise do not use.

I have used Foto.com for many years. I find them highly satisfactory in all aspects of (in order of importance to me) quality, delivery and price. I will continue to use them myself and recommend them to others.

Disappointed with quality of photos and also background I requested wasn't included in all of the pages

Love the website - I used it to make a photo book - excellent quality. Great value for money.

Would have liked a 'spellcheck' for the text boxes or the ability to copy and paste. But other than that excellent product and QUICK service. Thank you!

Excellent service and lovely photos good quality would highly recommend

I use foto.com occasionally and have never had any problems with orders or delivery time. On this occasion I ordered two photobooks. While generally very pleased with the quality several of the photos have printed much darker then they appeared on the website when I was compiling it. Not sure there's much that can be done but that's my only gripe.

Highly recommended, easy order process, good value, very pleased with the quality and delivery time.

23 days since order was shipped and no sign of delivery even though they admit a mistake on my address. No refund or reprint as requested so far and continually being told to wait a few more days. Its now a month since ordering in the first place. A real pity as I have used in the past with no issues however this has left a sour taste with no real effort from the company to resolve.

The product of was good quality and delivered extremely fast. Good value for money. Creating the photo book was a bit frustrating as I wanted to swap photos between pages, but wasn't able to. Would use again though.

Excellent quality let down buy the delivery service who damaged the book in throwing it over a side door

The design site keep going wrong and when i finished I could not place my order, the help line were next to useless, when i finally ordered the book it took over a week to turn up from when they said they dispatched it there tracker said i had not placed order was very disappointed when it did turn up some pages cropped the pictures two sets of pages stuck together, paper quality rubbish

Due to a technical error my first order was debited but didnt go through. They were easy to contact and very helpful. I got a refund and my items reordered. When they arrived they were well packaged and very good quality. I must stay very reasonably priced. Will be using them again for more items
