I deffinately recommend J4M moustache and bread dye; however, it only lasts for about a week and fades. (To maintain moustache and beard for the month, you need 4 applications). Do buy online because it is cheaper than in the supermarket ( as much as 25 %). Nonetheless, if you want to find the lowest price online, you must narrow the search in Google with "Beard dye for men"

On May 5th 2021 I applied Just for Men dye to my beard area and followed the instructions carefully. I had applied the mixture twice before with no ill effects. However, in the early hours of May 6th 2021, I could not sleep because of constant itching, burning and stinging. Clear puss oozed out of the wound continually. As a result, I became very anxious and felt unwell. I then shaved the beard area to reveal a chemical burn and swollen face and about one hour later I vomited.

I did not get much sleep again on the 6th May and woke up very early on 7th with my face stinging, itching and burning in the scab area again. I then made an appointment with my doctor and subsequently, my Doctor telephoned at around 9am and prescribed antibiotics, antihistamine and antiseptic cream and said to contact the nurse if the wound does not heal.

After several days of pain, the wound is healing and am unsure if it will leave any facial mark/scar. This is beside the point, the whole episode has been very traumatic and distressing as you can well imagine.
I am mystified as to why UK companies are behaving so irresponsibly by selling this product, when it is clear by the reviews and images on Amazon and the lawsuits pending in the united states that it is very dangerous.

When I asked Combe what they are going to do about my injuries they said:

I've used Just For Men Beard and Mustache for years and it worked fine. They changed the packaging and the formula, and now it is completely worthless. I will leave it in for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and after washing it out I can just BARELY tell a difference. After 2 more showers it is completely gone. Product is now worthless after the recent update. I contacted the company. Can anyone recommend a product that still works?

Bad bad bad, cheater..........

I originally started using this product back in August 2019 and had no problems using it on a regular basis. Recently i noticed it harder to get and usually out of stock. Last week i managed to get a box but noticed the packaging had changed. Anyway i applied the cream as normal and all was good. Then 3-4 days later i found it starting to itch. By night 5 I was unable to sleep as my face was burning up & itching so badly. I am now left with blistered , weeping face and red blistered lips. I have been informed that it is a result of chemical burning. AVOID these products, something has been changed in the ingredients. I hope I am not left with scars as a result.

There’s a definite change for the worse in the product - similar with many cases in uk and us with irritation and burning and weeping side effects. Avoid!!!

The newly launched Just for Men beard dye simply does not work. The previous version was brilliant, having used it for a few years. The new one is terrible. I have even tried leaving it on for double the recommended time but it makes no difference. I wrote and complained and they don't seem to want to accept there is a problem. I foresee their sales plummeting unless they do something about it fast.

Just tried the newly packaged just for men beard dye and they've obviously changed the ingredients as well as whilst the old one wasn't great it at least lasted a week before needing to be redone whereas this new one, despite leaving it in for 15 minutes which is three times the recommended 5 minutes, simply washed straight out and left my beard looking exactly the same as before. Now a complete waste of time and money.

I wanted the beard wash that gradually dyes the beard. I soon realised that this wash was only for the US market. Just For Men UK seem to offer a dye that you brush into the beard which was of no interest to me. I contacted just for men Uk and they did not provide a clear reason as to why Its not available in the UK. In the end I purchased the beard wash from amazon.com and had it delivered from America. I have found it absolutely superb. Instructions said it would take two weeks to see results. My grey has pretty much disappeared after a week. It was also cheap to buy, even including international shipping. Really really pleased. I’ve no comment on Uk beard dye as never used it but would encourage guys like me to order the US beard wash. Just for men Uk sort your act out and stock this excellent product.

Used it twice all ok did the job but on the third time, my face became very itchy and then had a burning sensation which became worse it’s now the fourth day of burning and itching like I have have caustic acid poured over my face. Having to use Germolene Antiseptic Cream which isn’t really helping. All I can say is read the reviews online before using this stuff and avoid it at all cost.

Have used this product previously but noticed new packaging this time round without any warning of ingredient changes!
Skin tested too on chest without a problem.
Following use of Just for Men light brown hair dye my scalp has burn blisters all over which are constantly bursting and weeping plasma. The whole area is inflamed red and most of my head including my forehead is massively swollen!
I had to go to A&E for treatment, antibiotics and penicillin!
Has ruined a last in a life time family reunion for me and I am still carrying the scars and discomfort after 5 days of using the product
DO NOT USE!

Over priced, doesn't do the job any more. It's difficult to find them on trust pilot as until now they weren't on but if you read USA reviews they get slated. The packaging has changed recently and now it causes redness and doesn't even cover properly. I assume the ingredients have changed to make it cheaper to manufacture with no consideration for the customers.
