Topps unternimmt nichts gegen Betrüger
Dritte mal in Folge versucht ein Set zu bestellen.
Jedes mal punkt auf die Sekunde zum release im Einkaufswagen aber jedes mal nach einer Sekunde ausverkauft. 1 Minute später gibts die Sets für das doppelte in Massen auf ebay und bei anderen Händlern die sich daran bereichern wollen.
Nicht mal 1 Stern verdient sowas hier.

I purchased some Marvel cards with the clear expectation that it would arrive in pristine condition, especially given the cost of £270. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, and I was left with no option but to initiate a refund process.
The refund was approved, and I returned the item promptly. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to your facility on June 23rd. Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund.
Since returning the item, I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service team—via email, phone, and the live chat system. Emails have gone unanswered, can't ever get an answer when phoning up, and the live chat consistently disconnects. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any company, let alone one serving dedicated collectors.
It has now been almost a month since the item was returned, and there has been no communication or action taken and I have still not received my refund.
I have given Topps more than a fair amount of time to resolve my issue and informed them of the next steps I will be taking, but still no resolve or reply.
I think the way this company has behaved is absolutely appalling.
I will be making a corporate complaint and contacting Trading Standards!!!
Unwilling to add 2nd product to 3 wk delayed parcel
I ordered some trading cards supposed to be shipped within 24h. I contacted them and they inform it will be shipped >3 weeks after my order. I asked if I can order another product and add to parcel without extra shipping cost, and answer was no. OK, customer service is far from TOP here.

I'm 50/50 with topps although they are very over priced priced on some items some are more reasonably priced than than other places to buy from, down side is not much variety to choose from when comes to baseball cards, very limited to selections, had an extremely quick delivery recently I ordered on 29th May it was with me the next day, I placed another order on the early hours of the 30th and now not getting that one until the 2nd June so that really sucks you can't keep to the next day delivery even though I order very early hours if the 30th I was expecting it the next day given royal mail do delivery on a Saturday I think this was due to dispatching my order late that day.
So I'm on the fence with Topps.

Worst customer service ever. Utterly useless. Garbage. I'd rather speak to the devil than these useless people. They should try to update their EU/UK store accordingly.

They do not fulfil orders correctly. I am missing three hobby boxes of 4 that I ordered back from September and they have no customer service who ignore emails or just do not bother acknowledging they are in the wrong. They do not care about anyone but their puppet GBW who acts like a creepy childrens television presenter who has had one too many skittles

Where do we start with the Topps UK website? Firstly, their releases are scalped within minutes and they don't deploy any meaningful measures to counteract this. Their customer service could only point out one case of where they utilise customer purchase limits (which is about TWENTY. Hardly fighting scalping, eh?) while a majority of their products have zero such measures, even new releases. Some collectors now accept this for some reason, but this leads to...
...Secondly, they botched my order, sending me three boxes of toploadets instead of 3 magnetic cases (anybody with even a passing interest in trading cards will find it bewildering to mistake the two) with no indication that it was a stock swap due to supply issues (despite mag cases being in stock on their site after the purchase for a few days).
To concur with previous reviewers, the last issue is the garbage customer service, with my request for a return completely ignored, going on over a week now. Thankfully, they only ruined the cheap half of the order (and i'll likely now just keep tge toploaders but buy the mag cases from an entirely differwnt retailer) but considering they're starting to monopolise the industry, I'd worry about the sheer disinterest in making things right with customers.
Support your LCS or online trader like PCommando Cards instead, at least they'll get a cut of the money instead of giving it all to this unholy disaster piece of an online presence.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Being emailing them for 1 month and a half without any of them to be answered!
Order a pack of £250 on 31st of October , have not received anything! I then cancelled the order and the only email they send me was that the refund will be processed within 7-10 days which was 2nd of December 2024! It’s 1st of January 2025 and still no answer or update from them! Avoid at all costs!!!

I emailed Topps on the 2/12/24 because my son had bought several packs of bundle cards where a special card was advertised, only to find a blank white card inside the packet. This happened not once but three times. No reply from Topps, then today an email telling me me "your email inquiry has been closed and will not be responded to" Appalling customer service,

It took them over 20 days to reply to an issue I had with orders not showing. Order arrived fine, but I was left clueless as support didn't respond for 20 whole days. It's a shame as being the leader in the industry, their website and responses are absolutely terrible...
Terrible way to run a business.
My boys love these products. Shame the guys that work for them are so heartless. If I could, I'd never buy from them again. Having spent £30 on a Xmas calendar, it didn't arrive. Now they are sold out. My son is devastated, so am I to be fair. Topps refunded, but that doesn't cheer my son up, does it? I asked if there was anything they could do, send him something to cheer him up, but they simply said no. Have a heart guys.

I ordered some standard cards from Topps.com for the UEFA 2025 season. Till now, nothing has been received, after several reminders, emails, contacts, no reply. It was for a special occasion of my son and still no response. I ordered it at the end from Amazon. Now, I have send an email to cancel but again no response. Even I thought I was fraud by these online websites, but now I see everybody have the same experience.

Never buy there cards ever again. My son collected the premier league 23/24 season and got down to single figures. I bought the remaining ones which took 2 months to arrive and when it did was one short. Contacted customer services who took 5 weeks to respond and eventually they said they will send it out only to then say they didn't do the card anymore and would refund me for the cost. Shambles of a company. As a result my son and now his mates are buying panini stickers. And I have let everyone I know not to buy topps cards.
Horrifyingly bad customer service
I won a raffle for two Topps Deco Boxes on the 1st of November and a pending charge for £250 was placed on my bank account.
After a few days, I had not heard anything regarding shipping so I looked at the product on the Topps website only to find out that they being shipping on the 13th-17th December. I immediately contacted Topps to cancel the order as it did not state anywhere that this product would ship in mid December when I entered the raffle. I am yet to receive a response from Topps and judging by the other reviews on here, I don’t think I ever will.
Furthermore, my brother purchased a Topps product from Amazon and it arrived with multiple defects. He complained to Amazon and started a return, but Topps simply refused to refund. After weeks of back and forth and the involvement of multiple Amazon customer service agents, a refund was finally issued.
It’s shameful that a large company such as Topps has such terrible customer service. I would highly discourage any potential customers from at Topps. If you absolutely need to buy a product from Topps, please use a credit card so you have some protection.
Topps are Crooks!
I was under the impression that Topps being a leading manufacturer in football cards would responded to customer issues with a faulty product they have sent out! But NO! It would appear Topps are more than happy to take your money from you regardless to if they are sending incomplete products out! And with no responses from 5 emails sent to them are obviously more than happy to ignore their customers!
Very, Very poor from such a company! I would highly recommend people buy there football cards from a retailer who has a good customer service and returns policy. But avoid buying directly from Topps! They are crooks! They'll take your money! Mess up your order! And never responded or refund you for their mistakes!
