Worst I’ve experienced
Oh, where do I even start with this masterpiece of customer service? Honestly, if there were an award for “Most Useless Company of the Year,” they would be the undisputed champion. Standing ovation. Not only did they set a new record for ignoring every single attempt I made to contact them about the defective products they so graciously sent, but they also somehow managed to make the entire process of seeking help feel like a never-ending obstacle course. Impressive!
But the real gem? After forcing me through an Olympic-level marathon of complaints, stalling, and hoops (all for their mistake, mind you), they finally “resolved” the issue by, drumroll please, doing absolutely nothing! And then they just closed the case, like a magic trick, except the only thing that vanished was any shred of faith I had in their company. Slow. Hand. Clap. A round of applause for this stellar display of professionalism. Bravo!
Non existent Customer Service
Product is top quality but unfortunately the customer service is awful. I got sent a wrong item back at the end of August/beginning of September. I've had one email reply asking for a photo and nothing since. 2 months later and no interest in sorting a small issue which means a lot to a kid which was his birthday present. Think I'll be encouraging him to collect another set of cards after the non existent customer service from what can only be described as a poor company. Consider before you order anything from here.
Just seems like they can't be bothered
Just seems like they can't be bothered, contacted customer services to find out if same products from the USA site are going to be stocked and the reply was "We don't know till they arrive?" not very helpful?
Absolutely appauling service
Absolutely appauling service. Not able to get hold of customer service by phone (that is charged for) email or social media. Cards missing from package that my 7 year old brought with his birthday money, he had been so upset. Last time I will allow my children to start collection with this company's selection.
Impossible to get hold of for refunds
I recently returned 2 £455 boxes of sapphire basketball in the same package. Topps only refunded 1 and in just under 2 weeks i have had no contact from them after me emailing and even writing to them constantly. There is no number to call so my only option has been to request a charge back. Really poor service
Not the best stickers, poor customer service
Collected the 2024 eurocup sticker album this year and I wasn't impressed with the large amount of stickers, missing key players and unlicensed teams showing just the head. Then it was hard to find most of the golden SP cards to complete the album. We ordered the last 30 stickers from topps and they missed one. After weeks and weeks of waiting for a response they finally did and sent the missing sticker, so not the best customer service but at least they eventually delivered.
Excellent cards - atrocious service
Topps produce excellent trade cards. However their customer service is atrocious. 5 weeks and still waiting for the courtesy of a reply to email.
No customer service
There is no customer service. I placed an order for individual stickers for Euro 2024 so my 10 year old can complete his album. Two weeks after the was order shipped (16/08/2024), the order was no where to be found. After emailing numerous times, finally I received a response weeks later(4/09) to say that the package had been returned and to provide shipping details to send again. I responded immediately. To date, one month later, I am yet to get any form of acknowledgement, or confirmation of shipment...nothing.
It's appalling that I can't even get a refund. There is no way to contact anyone.
Do not waste your money with Topps UK. Rather just throw it in the bin as it has the same outcome.

Truffato e Assistenza clienti inesistente
Perché non si può dare meno.fatto un ordine il 26 luglio 2024 e ad oggi 26 Agosto 2024 l’ordine risulta in “elaborazione” dal loro sito. Scritte 4 email al servizio clienti e mai ricevuta una risposta se non la mail automatica di ricezione del messaggio. Incredibile che questi delinquenti possano fare questo nel 2024 in Europa. Incredibile, provato a contestare il pagamento con visa, spero funzioni perché non vedo alternative se non la perdita dei soldi.
Ignored emails to damaged item
I ordered a Topps Exclusive package to get a Limited Edition F1 George Russell Card. My order came with the card bent in half! The card was left loose in the box which got damaged from the other items in the package. Emailed Topps 3 times to get zero reply! Terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from them again! AVOID!!!!

This company took my money in May and never sent the goods (Topps Chrome Hobby Box) they have no telephone number (big red flag) so far I've sent 7 unanswered emails!
I would strongly recommend not to buy from this company and I’ve had to report them to my bank to try and recover my money.
Avoid, worst company ever
Agree with everything here, sent me out the wrong stickers. After ordering the individual stickers to complete the euro 2024. Didn’t answer my emails or phone calls or social media complaints. I don’t think they have a customer service.. for such a big company this is unbelievably bad.
Not received everything
Bought from the individual service for the 2024 Euro stickers. Bought them on the 06/07/2024 and received almost a month later 05/08/2024. I had bought 21 stickers and 2 of them didn't arrive. Contact customer service but no response. Don't buy from Topps.
TOPPS DE POOR EXPERIENCE, POSSIBLE FRAUD
Guys, I'm from Romania and I'm experiencing the same things as you. I've order for my son some bundle packs from Topps DE, spent 50 Euro and now I'm trying to get some answers from the support team in regard of my order. Even if I wrote in English they replied in German asking some questions. I've provided them all the details and since then, 2 weeks now, nobody bothers to say anything. Extremely disappointed. I've searched over LinkedIn and found some people working there and as well the CEO, I'll leave here their names in case some would like to write them.

Absolute terrible album for Euro 24
Absolute terrible album for Euro 24, a player who has never played for England and Stones and Foden not in the album. I purchased some highly priced required stickers - virtually everyone a gold sticker and the 10% code didn’t work - why give the contract to these clowns
Never Order From Here
I ordered Match Attax stadium stars on 28th of June 2024 for my son and asked for it to be shipped with DPD, I paid £5 postage for DPD which brought me up to a total of £20 at the time, then I got a letter at my house saying I have unpaid £7 postage with Royal Mail, so I emailed Royal Mail and asked who the sender of the package was, they replied yesterday saying it was topps, so in the end I lost £12 to Postage, £5 to DPD Who didn’t deliver and £7 to Royal Mail who sent my order today.
By the way it was the sender who didn’t pay the postage

Topps robbed me of £300
Ordered a product, realised it didn't have enough information about the content inside and asked to cancel it within the hour.
Have sent numerous emails asking to cancel the order - all ignored.
Been sent the order two months after and batailled in order to get a label to return the product.
Been given eventually a freepost address. Sent the order back and never received any refund.
In the end I've been robbed of £300 by Topps, who will never refund me.
