Poor service. Take money very quickly but sends no proof of tickets and lots of last minute hidden payments. When asking what’s happening no response. JASON in particular. Bad bad company will be reporting them for fraud

Excellent Service and Smooth Booking Experience with Sammy at UK Air Fares Ltd
I booked my ticket with UK Air Fares Ltd and spoke with Sammy, who is a very professional and helpful agent. He provided me with suitable options according to my needs, and I selected a flight from London Gatwick to Accra, Ghana with British Airways at a good price.
Sammy also arranged my ticket on a payment plan while I still had an outstanding balance. I paid it in 5 weekly instalments, and during this entire period, he never pressured me for payment even once.
I am very satisfied with Sammy’s service and experience. He is an excellent agent, and I would definitely book with him again in the future as he always finds exactly what the client needs. I believe both his clients and his company must be very happy with his work.
