John exhibited a professional service in ensuring that I got a flight of my own choice. He went an extra mile to accomplish this. He is friendly, respectful and understanding.

Jessica was very helpful and went out of her way to secure my flight even though it was at short notice. She kept on updating me on the process. This is my second time booking my flight through Jessica.

I have specific requirements on carrying sports equipment when flying. Mohammed worked really hard at finding a flight that fitted my needs. He researched dozens of flights but most had hidden restrictions on length. After days of searching Mohammed thought he had found one that would cover 3.0 meters linear length for each hold bag but it turned out the quoted length was for both. We ended up with Emerates (my usual airline). Mohammed managed to get a good discount so all was well that ended well.

Early this month I booked a flight to Nairobi through Anna Parker ( Senior Travel Consultant) and I wish to register my gratitude to Anna and Ukairfares in general for the excellent services offered. This being my maiden booking through Ukairfares I travelled to Heathrow with mixed feelings that I could be bounced by RwandAir at check-in point but I found all records perfect and enjoyed my flight hustle free.
