This is an Updated review from a previous review back in April last year. Roughly November 2024, I was contacted and the company came and rectified the issues previously stated and I am very happy now. The manager rang me apologising and was more than happy to help. He had people straight out to the house and asked if there was anything else he could do to help. He was accommodating and very polite / helpful. I am very grateful of this!

To add, my ottoman came eventually as well, following my previous review.
I have now changed it from a 1 star experience to a 4.

I cannot recommend this company enough, communication right from the start of sale to the installation on the day has been great. We chose the sonic panelling bed for our bedroom and it completely changed the look of our bedroom, very pleased. We are now returning customers for our daughter’s bedroom, we have chosen the crown bed with the matching ottoman storage box. Staff have been very helpful with allowing to add extra inches for deeper storage. This company has become a family favourite with my sister also ordering two beds and my parents planning to order when they renovate their house very soon.

Excellent company brilliant solid sturdy beds good communication and excellent help and advise would 100% recommend.

Bed is spot on very heavy duty delivered and built it for an extra 60 quid very happy highly recommend for a quality stress free purchase

I have never met such lovely delivery men, from start finish ! The bed is beautiful the assembly was fantastic and the communication and patience second to none of highly recommended them, so much so I’ve ordered another one !

Really happy with the bed. Communication with the sales team was great, response time was very quick. I shared a picture of a bed and they agreed to custom make it for a good price. Would definitely recommend!

Placed the order through the phone, not the website and everything was perfectly fine .
Very happy !
I ordered Selena bed and also asked for a few extra inches high on the bed base .
The man I talked on the phone was very professional and correct and the order arrived very quick.
I would recommend to anyone and the material of the bed is amazingly good 👍🏻 .
It completely changed the look of the room and the quality of the sleep.

Excellent company. From making the purchase to delivery and installation. They called to warn me that the size of the headboard may not go up the stairs in one piece so it would be better to have it made in two pieces. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We purchased the Grand Evelyn ottoman bed with the 2000 spring mattress. The bed itself is exactly how the picture looks on their website and the mattress is very comfy!
I was kept up to date as the bed and mattress was being made and they EVEN delivered early because we were going away.
If you are planning to buy a new bed I highly recommend UK Beds Direct and will definitely be using them again

Would not recommend this company. Ordered an Atlantis Ortho mattress - described as medium comfort rating. We have an Atlantis ortho on another bed so thought we knew what level of comfort to expect. Mattress that arrived is rock hard - even firmer than the existing 'firm' mattress we were looking to replace. It doesn't look particularly well made either.
The firm has not responded to any of my correspondence. I have written to them twice now.
The website does say that they don't accept returns, however, as it wasn't as described, we thought they would be more accommodating and helpful. But sadly - no

We brought the elvan wingback and grand evelyn in plush grey velvet and we cannot recommend UK beds direct enough.

Their customer service is impeccable, they go the extra mile to ensure the customer experience is to a high satisfaction level. They answered all questions in a timely manner and kept us constantly updated during the production and delivery process. They even provide pre-delivery photo’s and videos.

The beds are high quality at affordable prices and the delivery guys were helpful and you could tell they value the customer.

We had issues with one of the headboards being too big and not fitting up the stairs. This was our fault as we were recommended the split headboard option but we thought it would be ok. The team took away any distress and helped in resolving the issue.

I have had beds from other companies in the past and when something goes wrong thats when you see a company's true colors. The way these guys handled the situation speaks volumes.

For now we have just had the two beds (1 for the main bedroom and 1 for the guest bedroom). But when we have kids we will be sure to buy another for the third bedroom.

I hope these guys get the exposure they deserve as it is very difficult to come by a good, honest, customer focused business.

Bed was not as advertised and customer advisor was quite rude and defensive. Advise would be to get them to send you customer pictures or samples prior to order. Also quality ain’t the greatest!

Amazing service, no fuss delivery and installation. I love our new bed 😀
