And at last, if you placed the order today, you'll notice that the charge is pending not withdrawn. First we do a verification of the new customer's order, send an email with the terms and conditions and only after your feedback, we will process the order or cancel it per request.

As it is stated on our website it takes from 10 to 30 days for the parcels to reach the final destination. If some shipment fails to arrive, we will send a replacement or will proceed with a refund. Yes. The delivery terms are from 10 to 30 days. Usually it takes 1-3 weeks for the items to be delivered after they are dispatched. Big orders are being shipped in parts on different consequent dates to avoid issues at customs.

We highly appreciate you writing this non biased review.

Purchasing on our website has many positive aspects, but of course, there are negative points too. Although we were always honest with our customers and provided all truthful information related to the delivery terms.

Sometimes it may take 2-3 weeks for shipments to be delivered, but our delivery time frame for the UK is : 10-30 days. We mention this information on the website, in the first email for new customers and in each confirmation letter too. We ship regular mail and unfortunately we cannot speed up the process.

Concerning the processing of the parcels, we would like to reassure you that we start shipping the parcels within 24-48 hours after the order is approved. The tracking numbers however are provided later. This depends on the sender.

We've checked on your 4th order approved on June 14. According to the records in our database the first parcel was shipped on June 16, the second - on June 19 and the last shipment - on June 21.

The parcels are shipped on separate days in hope to improve the delivery rate. Also there are certain regulations that we have to follow.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice and considerate review. You've pointed it out correctly, the complaints are mostly related to the seized shipments. Unfortunately we can't prevent this from happening every now and then, but we don't leave our customers at loss. Moreover we wouldn't be shipping to the UK anymore if the delivery rate was low. We still ship successfully and have many customers who enjoy our service and products.

We've checked our support team's database and according to the records the last time you emailed us was May 25. You inquired about your order from March 13. In our reply we informed you that order that you placed on March 13 was never processed or shipped because you did not reply to our standard email sent to our new customers. In that latter we provide details regarding our policy, delivery terms and ask to confirm some details.

We never charged your card and we kindly ask you to check your account.
