Ukcustompatches Reviews

I've been really happy with the service from UK Custom Patches, they were helpful throughout the whole process and responded to any questions quickly. The patches themselves are fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

Really great service and product. Excellent communications and updates on both the design and order. Follow up after delivery to see if I was happy with the product.

Highly recommended 👍🙏

Absolutely well impressed with our patches. I will certainly be ordering some more. Brilliant customer service too.
Many thanks
Danny

The patches looked even better than expected! Very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend. 5/5.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Patches came out exactly how I wanted them to. Would definitely buy from this company again. Thanks

Excellent customer service and amazing end product. Will use again!

What can I say I don’t have any experience with the product and all I have to do is just send it picture and explain it what I want. Custompatches helped me with everything top top customer service recommended 200%

Better than perfect, thank you!

Ordered custom patches to replace souvenir pint glasses that had been smashed. The group trip the glasses were from had a lot of meaningful memories for my husband so patches seemed like the best way to retain the souvenir going forward.

Very pleased to have found UK custom patches. Online form easy to complete. WhatsApp follow up was great informal way to keep things moving and approve the quote. Jacob kept me informed throughout, much appreciated as I was a little nervous of paying upfront with someone I'd never used before. Delivery was right on schedule. Prices very reasonable £99 for 10 x 4" black and white embroidered patches with iron on backs and free delivery. Very good quality and an extra 4 patches thrown in. My husband is very pleased and looking forward to sharing them with the other trip-goers.

Would 100% recommend.

Great service and a great product. Very happy and will definitely be using again. Thank you

Brilliant quality and very helpful

I needed a few patches done for a leaving/team gift and UK Custom Patches worked with my time frame and got them to me on a very quick turnaround. Really good communication and kept me up to date with the progress. Really helpful company/staff! Will definitely use them again.

Ordered 10 custom patches, quite complex but executed perfectly. Massively exceeded expectations. Quality was excellent and turn around was fantastic. Price was really good. Overall six out of five stars.

Complete fuss free. Easy service and excellent product and finish

Absolutely amazing customer service communicated with me throughout the whole process and produced premium quality patches

The customer service was brilliant, they really go out of there way to make sure you get the best experience, with design, delivery dates, as well as the attention to detail to make sure when the patches arrive they are exactly what you wanted. One of my designs looked a bit cramped and even though they’d already made the patches, they altered the design and remade all of them just to make sure they looked perfect, which something other places wouldn’t do! They’re very attentive and respond quickly to any queries or updates you need!

Very helpful and they make the process straight forward.
I will use them again

Absolutely brilliant company!

Absolutely on the ball, even threw in some extra patches. 10/10! Top stuff!

Personal touch from the customer service. Great advice with what I wanted and delivered a great product.
