Best Christmas gift ever! It even announces departures and approaching trains with the subscription and voice pack. Received the desktop board for Christmas last year and was given a tour of the workshop and some freebies from Redwan which made my day. Have recommended to everyone I know.

I received a Classic Departure Board as a Christmas present and was so impressed that I immediately purchased the Premium Plus subscription and all voice packs. To say the fun hasn't stopped since is an understatement - I've even had friends that aren't necessarily into trains saying they'd be tempted to buy one!
I could not fault their customer service either. I had a couple of queries and they responded to me very promptly and were extremely helpful.
All in all I can't recommend UK Departure Boards highly enough. Many thanks from one delighted customer!

I have two boards, a desktop, and a large board My desktop departure board developed a fault after a few years of fault free operation, I sent it back for repair and it was all fixed and returned with no fuss or issues. Fantastic service and great products !

Ordered 2 of the desktop boards but only 1 arrived l emailed Russell on the Friday evening he responded within minutes and the second one arrived on Monday what more can I say. Set up was a doddle and I absolutely love them. Will definitely look to get a large board in the new year

While there was some mail-related delay to receiving the board since I got it I've been very pleased. It was VERY easy to set up and get working and their website for controlling the board is well thought out and easy to navigate. There are literally dozens of ways you can customize the board. I was also particularly happy with the pre-sales support which was not only very useful, but very responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in tracking transport in the UK

Russell went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my son's departure board that had stopped connecting to our wifi. Emails were responded to within an hour despite being sent out of normal office hours/weekends with clear, step by step instructions. Sadly these suggestions didn't resolve the issue but Russell asked for us to send it back to them and they would sort it. True to his word it has arrived back today (less than a week since we initially posted it) and is now back in action. One very happy son, thank you so much Russell.

I'm obsessed with this! It's sat on my desk as I type telling me every live arrival at my local tube station. In theory it's potentially handy to make sure I'm never waiting ages in the cold for a train, bus or tube again, but in reality it's just going to be my favourite desk toy! I think this thing is awesome!

Fantastic, GREAT support with a capital G, replies to e-mails at very strange times (I work shifts and have had sent an email at 4am and got a reply about half hour later!) The product itself, I have four, and another arriving for a family member. I have found Russell an absolute delight to deal with by email, have been using mine since 2017, have had one issue with my premium not being applied, I don’t think it was even half a day before it was resolved! Quality product that gets better with every iteration and quality support

Following a change of Internet Service Provider, I had a problem with the micro SD card in my legacy Departure Board when I tried to update my new WiFi network and password. After an exchange of emails with Russell Pirie, I returned the SD card to the company for them to check. The problem was quickly resolved by Russell and the SD card returned to me within one day having been successfully updated with my new WiFi details. My Departure Board is now working perfectly again. Not only does the company provide excellent products but also the after sales support from Russell is brilliant. Highly recommended.

I decided being my birthday to go for a Pro board this time. My other mini and Classic Boards have served me well over several years as Russell has continued to update and improve the features. Once again, l am impressed with the quick delivery and the design of the pro board. The USB connector makes it easy to add a voice to your board and the ease of connection to my wifi network. If you can afford it, the Pro board is outstanding and well worth having.

My boyfriend loves this gift! It’s a little in the small size (desktop version), but I knew it would be as the dimensions are clear on the website. He’s looking forward to saving up for a full size wall mounted version now!
