In the beginning the first 2 people I spoke to just keeped repeatedly ask the same question and a woman I spoke to kept huffing at me even though the question she asked me I had already answered, I did tell Margaret the third lady as she was lovely and even made me laugh , so I said I only wanted to talk to her and that’s what happened after that part everyone else was good

Very professional . Explain s every think clearly . Polite and cares for their customers .

From the very start, my Case Manager was absolutely AMAZING. He was kind, patient, and explained every single step to me clearly, even when I was feeling so scared and confused. He took the time to listen to my situation, went through all my income and expenses with such care, and worked out a payment plan of £104 per month that I can honestly afford. 💷✅

Today, he called me for the final confirmation and told me my IVA is OFFICIALLY APPROVED and all creditors have agreed. 🎉 This is the best news I have heard in years! Because of him, I am now protected, safe from all debt stress, and I finally have a real future to look forward to. 🕊️💖

I contacted UK Insolvency Services when I was struggling with debt, and from the very beginning they were extremely professional, understanding, and kind. They took the time to listen to my situation and genuinely understood how I ended up where I was financially, which made a huge difference during a stressful time.
They were very thorough throughout the whole process, going through my finances carefully and explaining all the options available to me, not just the IVA. They clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, including the IVA itself, so I never felt pressured or misled into making a decision. Based on my situation and the amount of debt I had, the IVA was clearly the best option for me.

The whole process as been very helpful and so straight forward, all my debts have been put into one payment, even when some refused they still are legally in the iva and have no worries about being chase by debt collectors anymore, the monthly payments are so much easier the whole process from the phone calls emails i was kept up to date all the time even when i missed the calls they would msg me as well

I'm now paying less every month, and feel like a weight has been lifted.
