Provided all my information. Missed a pre-arranged call due to a hospital trip. Can not get hold of anyone on whatsapp, email, or any of the telephone numbers on the website or any of the communications. It all seems very very suspicious.

I was in financial trouble and The UKIS helped me a great deal and I am now on the road to recovery and being debt free. Everything was done quickly with no stress whatsoever.

mostly very clear guidance , lots of reminder emails and telephone calls and texts.

the only glitch was understanding the relationship between UK Insolvency Services and The Insolvency Group . At first I nearly closed a call with the latter because I thought I was only dealing with the former.

Brilliant service

This service and the staff working in it, gave me a lifeline. They are highly professional and guided me every step of the way forward. I was struggling with my finances and my whole salary was going towards my creditors to pay my debts each month, I had got nothing left to pay my household bills, grocery and raising 5 children. Now I can afford a reasonabl monthly payment plan. Thanks to the staff who never left me alone in this process.

I put this off for years! and eventually bit the bullet and went with this guys they where nothing but helpful for the start got my £1000 a month debt bill down too £167 they gave me calls at each step letting me know when something was happening and how it would look.

Brill to start off with. Spoke to amazing people but then sadly got forgotten very quickly once they start releasing they aren't going to any commission. Im a veteran with ptsd and they played on that . Now im left in the dark after weeks of hope . Plus I would like my money back

Found the right company to help me sort out my finances but I want to reiterate the importance of being able to understand what they are saying on the phone! They were able to drastically reduce current debt repayments so I can jeep more of my income for the next 5 years
