This has been one of the most professional services I have used to date. Lucy in particular has been absolutely second to none. From what could have been a very difficult and emotional call turned out to be an empathetic and understanding call and most importantly, without any judgement. Lucy, along with other staff that I had spoken with initially, held herself very professionally with excellent table manners and knowledge with the best advice and guidance. I cannot believe what has been an 8yr build up of worry and torment, Lucy was able to wipe all that away in just 2 short weeks. WOW!!!!.. Forever grateful.. Carol

I’m a very private person, that doesn’t talk about anything especially my finances - I was very sceptical and nervous going into this, but after talking, and finally opening up about my struggles, they listened, was down to earth, and they could relate to my situation which I found comforting. They started off perfectly very helpful returning calls, replying to messages. So helpful and yes my mind was at ease..

Moving forward..

Unfortunately they informed none of the creditors Included in my iva and I am still hounded by them daily, every call amd letter is recorded by myself and sent directly to them to be ignored. Ive been trying for months to get this resolved and they will not return a call or reply to a message. This is extremely stressful and very unkind to my mental health. Unfortunately for myself I have to now go to the financial ombudsman citizens advice ect to try and get this mess sorted out as its not as simple as changing companys at this stage.

Very disappointed is an under statement

I’d been sweeping everything under the carpet for far too long and I was just digging a huge hole for myself, I tried to get myself out of it to no avail if anything I made it worse, so I made that dreaded call for help, I was dreading it, my thoughts couldn’t have been any further from what I had expected, I spoke with a woman called susan(I didn’t catch her surname) and man called Thomas Schwartz, even just speaking to them and getting their advice was a massive help and weight lifting off my shoulders, thank you guys so so much, my only regret I should have made that call sooner

Farhad was very helpful in guiding me through the process. From the time I first spoke with him he consistently went beyond his duties to explain the situation & guide my application to completion.

Kevin who I first spoke to when I approached UKI was a waste of time not replying to emails or contacting me, he wasted 2 months.

Farhad was an exemplary consultant who understood & guided me achieving a successful outcome in a few weeks.

At first I was terrified of doing this, but once I rang, I was supported wholeheartedly by the team, no matter what section i was in. Especially Ryan, a massive support to the team. I got accepted for my IVA today and have never felt so proud of both myself and the team foe the incredible work they do, thank you so much!!!

I went on Google and after clicking on the link and 5 easy steps, I received a call almost immediately.

The adviser, Kevin, was brilliant. Completely understanding to myself and mu wife's personal situation.

Kevin then put me into someone that was equally curtious and professional. Just by total coincidence, she had been through a similar experience than us.

All in all top company that I cant recommend enough. Unfortunately myself and my wife have got into a bit of a situation, in a sense through no fault of our own, this company has got us out of it.
