I have had things well explained to me, and I do feel comfortable with Priya's to the point explanations I received. I hope that I can introduce some one in the near future to the service, if the person needs to consult with the UK PROPERTY SERVICES.

I was applying for a bridging loan, and my handler Ria Patel was very good, kept me updated through the whole process. She was very professional, and very polite and courteous.

Thus far I have had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Kelly at UK Property Finance. From start to finish, Kelly has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and answering all my questions promptly. Her expertise and dedication made the entire experience seamless. We've moved over to the underwriting process so fingers crossed that goes well.

Also, she always replied very promptly to my queries, which helped a lot as I never had time to worry.
