I had an excellent experience dealing with Liam at the storage facility. They were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from pricing to access arrangements, and made sure I had the right unit for my needs. The level of customer service was outstanding, and they made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward. I highly recommend them.

Good value for money and straightforward to set up
I spoke with Liam who was was very helpful in setting up the account for our unit in Chard. The process was straightforward and the unit was available on the agreed date. The unit was competitively priced and easily accessible.

Upon sign-up, minor glitches in that they sent me an 'Access Code' email which was blank (Evesham doesn't use access codes - it's all Blu2etooth), and the Directions map indicating it was on the right rather than the left. But......
Once there App worked great to open gate and doors. Facility very clean. Very happy with the unit.
Biggest grumble - the mandatory insurance ( min £1000) which is added to your bill 😡
Otherwise, very impressive👍

What was at first a good experience…
What was at first a good experience turned out to be very poor. When you give them notice to vacate DO NOT KEEP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT LIVE make sure your paid up then cancel your DD as 3 days before you vacate they will take a months rent then it’s at least 2 months to get it back. Shocking customer service and once you have stored with them the attitude changes to nasty and sharp please be aware CANCEL YOUR DD when you give notice

Very poor customer service and communication
This review is not about the storage facilities themselves. I have no complaint about the units: they are secure, clean, and well maintained.
My complaint is about customer service, poor communication, and lack of flexibility.
I tried to resolve my departure amicably. I offered to empty the unit early and not ask for any refund for the period already paid up to the 6th, so they could have the unit back earlier and potentially re-let it.
Instead, they charged me for a full extra monthly period and said a partial refund would be processed afterwards.
On the 9th, I fully emptied and cleaned the unit. On the same day, I informed them by email and phone that the unit had been vacated, and I also sent photos of the unit as proof of its condition.
I was told the refund would be processed within 7 to 10 days. Today is the 21st, so that period has now passed, and I still have not received my refund.
On the 20th, I sent another email asking about the status of my refund, and even that email has so far been ignored without any response.
Again, my issue is not with the storage unit itself. My issue is with the attitude, lack of flexibility, lack of understanding, and poor communication from customer service.
Very disappointing experience.
