Good price. Good communication. Great fitting service.

I would give Zero stars. They sent 2 technicians to fix a window. I ended up having to go to Mercedes and paying £500 to fix the damage they caused. I was left without a working vehicle for an extended period of time.

Due to the first technician not having a clue what he’s doing, I’m now over £800 out of pocket. They agreed to reimburse me but now they are ignoring all my emails and WhatsApp messages. Absolutely disgusting service. I would rather pay extra and use auto glass, a reputable company

Booked it for the next day easily, price and specs of the windscreen were clearly laid out. (Ford heated screen)I got a discount too. Website straightforward and quick to use.
The guy messaged before he came, which came in handy as I got it done while I was at work. Polite and got it done quickly, no issues. I RECOMMEND!

Quick, easy and professional service

First of all you have to get your head around the fact that UK Windscreens acts like an Agency, and will sub contract your Work required to Companies local to you who have met their required standard of Work and Customer Service. Booking with UK Windscreens was a Breeze and I was contacted by Premier Windscreens in Aberdeen within a few hours to arrange a time to suit. On the day in question for the work to be done I was contacted first thing (mainly to check on the weather at my location) and then they confirmed the time slot. The Guys who did the work were great, tidy, respectful of my property (and car) and did an excellent job in about 1 hr 30 mins. I couldn't have asked for more from them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After noticing a crack on my Windowscreen, I shopped around and got half a dozen quotes. UK Windscreens were not only the best price, but also offered a high quality product. The gentleman who came was very nice and got the job done in less than an hour. From booking to job completion everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

I woke up to find a broken rear window. I found their website easy to navigate, and after entering my car details, it displayed a competitive replacement price (with no hidden fees). They offered next day fix times (am/pm including Saturdays). I received updated texts / emails and was able to liaise with the fitter directly. The new window was professionally fitted. Thank you.

Having been told by a major windscreen glass supplier/fitter that they could not find a screen for my car on several occasions over a 12 month period UK Windscreens located one and fitted it within a week. Excellent service.
