Unfortunately, the last package arrived damiged, the parcel was cut and my Mony Jean where also cut. The procedure to return it is long and difficult for me, so I lost one pair of Jean.

I was client of the Ulla Popken.eu and now client of Romania Ulla Popken. But, all the transport companies (local delivery) use as acces to the their application, the customer phone number and not the email. You package was not mention in the application of the local delivery company and they don't have the possibility to send a notification when the package will arrived at the address. I agree to mention on the label the address and my phone number. I know GDPR policy but without my phone number the package will not be delivery. Otherwise the package will be sent back to you. For me was a chance because I expected another package in the same period and in this was I asked if there is not the second one.

Absolutelly a big dissapointment. Waiting for a parcel since 22 of Oktober, paid a lot of money as the items are quite expensive and only 1 item out of 4 recieved. No customer service for Romania, all the emails are bouncing back, I have been left with only 1 option , to claim my money back and complain to the authorities in charge with this kind of e commerce . Shame on them!

Nu am primit comanda. Adresa nu a fost completata corect. Nu e numar de telefon. Curierul Cargus nu l a adus, dar aplicatia zice ca e livrat.

Well made product, size ok, but dissapoited that it's very thin material. It's more like a spring jacket. The price is not justified. Fast delivery.

One of the product came inomplete, so i have to send it back. For this, I must go to the post office. I expected for you to send a carrier so I don't have to go myself...

Order was made on October 19. I have still not received the package. This is the last time I will ever order something.
