Worst Lab Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs
This is by far one of the worst laboratory experiences I have ever had. I visited ULTA Lab on December 18 for two critical tests. I was clearly informed that one report would be available within 2–3 days and the other within 5 days.
Surprisingly, one report was generated the same day, but for the second test, after more than a week, I was informed that my sample had been misplaced. I was then asked to provide another blood sample, which I did at Exceptional Lab on December 22. Unfortunately, even after this, I did not receive the report, and once again I was told that the sample had been misplaced.
Now, for the third time, I am being asked to give my blood sample again. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating, mentally exhausting, and distressing, especially given the critical nature of the tests.
I am deeply disappointed with the poor management, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service provided. I strongly advise others to avoid ULTA Lab, as it results in a complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind.

Freedom in healthcare. Never again will I wait several months for a doctor's appointment only to be told they don't order a certain blood test. I went on Ulta Labs the same day, purchased the test, and got my results 2 days later. Ulta is one of the few companies in the healthcare space that empowers people to take control of their health.

Convenient and Efficient
The website to order the tests I needed was easy to navigate. I appreciate the convenience of scheduling my appointment online as well. The best part of it all is that a doctor's order is not necessary to get lab work completed. I received the results in less than 24 hours.

Very customer friendly website
Very customer friendly website and wonderful integration into Quest Labs system. Would appreciate ability to associate ordering physician info in Ulta that would cross over to same in Quest so my personal physician can see the test results. Presently, an Ulta associated physician is listed as the ordering physician.

Take control of your life
I love being able to be in control of my health. If it wasn't for me doing my own testing, I might not have been able to get the diagnosis and start treatments. I had begged for the correct testing on dead-ears by my doctor prior. I took my results to another doctor and feel a world of difference for the better! Thank you, Ulta Lab!
