I love being able to be in control of my health. If it wasn't for me doing my own testing, I might not have been able to get the diagnosis and start treatments. The website is easy to navigate. The process of buying the lab test is easy. I recommend to make an appointment so you don't have to wait too long at the lab as a walk-in. The results of the tests are done in a timely manner (next day in my case). This process was very convenient and the price was reasonable.

Ulta has been so great! They work with so many local draw clinics so I don't have to travel far away. The results are incredibly fast and easy to read. The comments make sense when a result is out of normal range so I don't have to go look it up. They chart the history so it's easy to track your levels over time. It's also incredibly affordable! I'll never go anywhere else!

Easy to book. Easy to be seen. Didn't have to wait. Reasonable prices. Fast results. I had to find and pay for my own thyroid tests, as Kaiser will not order the proper tests (it takes 3 weeks to get the Free T3 results with Kaiser) and will no longer support my care for the unresolved Hashimoto's. Ulta Lab Tests was easy for me to navigate and find just what I needed. The results were returned faster than expected, which helped my non-Kaiser doctor to adjust my medication immediately. I ordered a test, canceled it some time in late February. I received an email saying that my card would be credited. It wasn’t, and now it’s mid-July and nothing.
No one will help me get my money back. I’m retired and on a small fixed income. I just wanted a refund. The chat box only allowed me to ask 1 question. When I contacted them by form, I got the same response as the chat bot. I’d get a lawyer but can’t afford it for $200. I’ll never use this company again. I’m sure I’ll never see my money again either.

Provider unfortunately sent order to Ulta Labs. There is no Ulta Labs in my state. Ulta sent a confirmation to my email that they had forwarded the order to Quest Diagnostics, in my area, but they had not sent the order. I called. It never came through. I called my provider's office and they called Ulta Labs, but Ulta never answered. Quest never received my order, despite receiving a confirmation email from Ulta. Wasted an hour at Quest Labs and the order was never received.

Dangerous, they share all the PHI data with quest diagnostics. There is a company called examone who shares all this information with credit reporting agencies. Its a fraud system where they LIE about keeping the lab details confidential. NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL. They share this data amongst multiple partner companies. AVOID

Update 6-25: I spent hours figuring out how ultalabs test were revealed by creditreport agencies.called each and every company involved. You go figure out why you are sharing all the details with them. I am 100% sure labs tests sold by ultalabs is going OUT. Worst part, quest diagnostics does not care nor ultalabs. Only question i was asked is did i sign a hipa with enquiring company, if yes they do give out details to ANYONE. No matter where you take the test. Its a huge chain of companies involved and impossible to track.

Convenient but prices have gone up considerably. There is a hodgepodge of promotions so it is impossible to get the best price. Blood draw fees has almost doubled.
