Great customer service

Have used Ultimate Juice a number of times and always happy. This is the first time I had a problem with the order re:delivery time/missing items. They replied to my query quickly, resolved the issue and were very helpful and considerate. Great customer service! 👍🏻

Good quick service from ultimate juice. Order arrived very quickly. Good communication and friendly. Will use them from now on for my vape juice.

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the timing of the delivery. Your order was placed after 8pm on Friday, it will be processed today (Monday) and send out on a 24 hour delivery.
