Ordered a 10mg vape pen from this company on eBay..received a 0mg one..Avoid this seller

Sick of getting Faulty disposable pods, I buy 12 at a time always same flavour cherry chill & on every occasion seems to be 1 or 2 faulty either no battery or won't puff, going to have to find a new brand.

Veldig fornøyd med kjøpet. Tok ca. litt over en uke før jeg fikk bestillingen min. Fikk også med en gratis juice.

I have just received my first order from ultimate juice which was a hadron plus combo kit not only did i receive the kit but they also put extra glasses and extension pieces in with a 100ml bottle of juice and 2 nic shots wow what a company i will definitely be using them again also my order was with royal mail the same day brilliant.

Received quick no problems there, A decent, well made device that offers a very good MTL hit, lots of flavour , great value.

This would have been a 5 star rating, but the nexmesh coil died , showing ohms too low after half a day, kinda disappointing.

Would use again for my vape needs

terrible company avoid at all costs sent a faulty Steam Crave out with a faulty 501 pin no replacement 25ml glass and no coil in the packaging complained several times and then they sent a returns package with their logo plastered all over the return bag the post office would not accept it as they thought it was an e-cig with batteries in did try and sort the matter out but their customer service is arrogant and unhelpful would have been better just putting £60.00 down the drain its gone in the bin now, their loss as there are 7 vapors in my printing shop

I would give you minus zero stars if I could ! I purchased a vape kit from eBay which you advertised as in stock I paid for it 3 days later you sent me a email saying the item HAD been despatched & I would be receiving the item 3 days later the following day I recieved a message on eBay saying that the particular item I had bought & paid for & so called already despatched was not in stock so the actual item & design was NOT in stock when I ordered it (false advertising) money taken for an item they hadn’t got in stock I was LIED to about the delivery date ! Ok the company said I am supposed to be getting a refund but but we’ll wait & see as I’ve already been lied to ! & to top it all I DID NOT even get an apology for THERE mistake just a message saying we’re refunding your money …. Ultimate juice or ultimate joke ???? But no doubt there be some excuse to my review but there’s NO Excuse for being told it’s in stock taking my money then lie to me that it had been despatched & the delivery date I would receive it !

There was a small delay in one of my deliveries (to Ireland) after the customs were changed, but they seem to have been resolved this issue and the latest was received very promptly.

I usually make infrequent large orders, and they will often put some extra different flavours in the package for me to try. Really pleased with the service!
