Friendly staff fantastic service i would use them again made me and fiance feel welcome as soon as we came through the door the sonorgrapher was talking us through everything that was going on.

A fantastic experience and with even better costomer service, definitely would recommend.

Such a brilliant place! Best scan we have had and that includes two other private scans and the nhs. Paul the sonographer explained everything and took his time with the scan - previously we have been left worried after reading notes after and not understanding them fully but Paul answered all our questions and we left really happy knowing that the baby was doing as it should. Definitely recommended.

Incredible experience, absolutely lovely staff and left with beautiful pictures. Ultrasound tech explained what we were looking at and was told and shown its a baby girl. I would recommend anyone.

Amazing experience couldn’t recommend them enough

I would definitely recommend! They were really good, we were seen really quickly, and when they couldn’t see everything they sent us back out even though it meant we would take longer. Didn’t seem at all rushed. Only issue is no parking till 5.30 so book after or park elsewhere)

We had a wonderful scan ... lovely sonographer. Really enjoyable and comfortable. Would go back and would highly recommend!

The experience was truly excellent. The sonographer explained everything in detail and even though it was a gender scan, she still checked the baby’s measurements, heartbeat and even showed us a 4D preview.

Teresa was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!

I implore you DO NOT use this company - a Groupon was booked for this company however you cannot retrieve it. I appreciate customers that book online get priority so they should remove their offer from Groupon. If you so much as mention Groupon the many receptionists will lie and say 'oh I'm on another call' all of a sudden. They never call back and frankly I am surprised by a private company. I am very surprised by this poor service and nonsense behaviour. Unfortunately this company surprisingly has some of the worst customer service and during a pregnancy you want peace. Unfortunately due to the proximity/location I am forced to book another appointment with them and cancel my Groupon. Ideally I just want the scan as soon as possible - I don't expect any type of good service as it has been shown they are incapable. Please read other reviews about them as it seems this is the norm. Don't find yourself in my position steer clear before it is too late.

The booking process was stressful. I bought a voucher from groupon, called multiple times to book and was told I'd receive a call back but never did (system was down). When I finally did book it was for the wrong clinic but they quickly rectified.

Then on the morning of my scan I had my 3 and 5 year old up and dressed only to find out it had been cancelled due to a machine fault. Had to travel in rush hour late the next evening instead.

If it wasnt for all this I'd have given 5 stars. Receptionist was lovely, waiting room was nicely laid out with sofas, water machine, TV and a few toys. I was seen promptly and laid on a bed in front of a large TV. Sonographer Paul explained everything and was very nice. He discreetly told me the gender without my children hearing and I recieved 2 pictures, a goody bag and a report on baby. 3d sneak preview was a fantastic experience too (although be sure to ask them to save pictures because we didn't realise this at the time so couldn't buy any).

The little shop had lots of extras you can buy and we bought a confetti cannon to announce the gender to our children. Parking was free after 5.30. Lovely experience. I'd definitely go again but I'd rather not have the stress of cancellations and the difficulty booking but worth it in the end.

I can’t really stress what a stressful/horrendous experience it was coming here when it’s suppose to be one of the most exciting memorable moments.
There is only one sonographer - Therefore you will be waiting a very long time!!

Sonographer Paul - Does not make your experience enjoyable or make you feel relaxed at all. He was huffing and puffing because my baby had his hands and feet covering his face. He told me to move on to my side and I get “Do you see!!??” I’m not a sonographer so I can’t work out what I’m even looking at if it’s not clear and he said look his covering his face again!
How is that even acceptable to talk to anyone like that.

After being there for 3 and a half hours the receptionist asked if we wanted to reschedule. It was 19:30 and it closes at 20:00 and there was 3 people still waiting.
We were then told when we reschedule we will get 3 attempts for free because I questioned why would we need to pay if we had to wait this long as it is. So she goes off for another 20mins and rings the “manager” comes back and says it’s fine.

Then when I go out my way to call to reschedule I had the chance to speak to the manager directly and she literally said “ We wouldn’t say that and there would be a charge of £30.00 for another 3 attempts.” When Myself and my husband are absolutely adamant that they said they wouldn’t charge. But hey! I don’t want to stress out anymore over someone that thinks I’m lying to get £30.00 for free. I just know for SURE I would not be recommending my own clients, friends and family to this awful place. The so called manager was so rude to me on the phone , wouldn’t let me get a word in or explain or even apologise. It was as if she was arguing with someone from the pub.

If I saw these reviews before I booked I for sure would not have booked. And would have just waiting for my baby to come out. Luckily I am a 5 minute drive to home and did not have to travel to get here much! Buy definitely the last time I’d come here!

The experience was okay, the staff is nice. However, waiting time could have been improved. Was waiting for approximately 40 min. Was asked to drink water before coming to my appointment and I must confess it was quite uncomfortable. Overall, it was acceptable.

Fantastic service. We urgently needed a wellbeing scan, the hospital had said 24 hours, we did not want to wait. We were seen within hours of phoning. Very professional, understanding and caring.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.
